Good location, but that’s all. I was very disappointed. This is not meeting a global standard for Accor group hotel. Very small room, no box of tissue, no TV network, no English speaking staff at the front, no satisfactory house keeping, and no separate shampoo and conditioner (this kills for a highly contagious females). Especially I was originally placed in the eleventh floor with internet TV malfunction to entire floor. It took me more than a day for them to change the room. They changed a floor down with no premium but no discounting, no special offer but instead they asked my expected check out time because of the next guest. I felt not welcome at all. I regret not staying the Courtyard Marriott which I am a premium member of… no more Accor for me!

We stayed for 3 nights and were satisfied. The rooms could do with updating and the aircon didn't work well which was disappointing. We would have opened the window but there were smokers below and smoke drifted up. There was also a lot of traffic noise. The location is excellent which made up for the other issues.

We had a very pleasant stay at ibis Yerevan Center. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff and service were very good. Overall, everything was great, especially considering the price. The only issue we experienced was with the shower water temperature, which was quite unstable and would suddenly change from extremely hot to cold. Aside from that, everything about our stay was excellent, and we would gladly stay here again.

The room was great but my flight was at 11pm and I wasn’t allowed to leave my luggage for a few hours. I’m surprised because I checked out quite recently and stayed for 3 nights. I’m also a member of Accor and have used a few hotels before. The staff manager at the time is called Angela

・ibis Yerevan Centre is located near the Republic Square, it takes 30 mins from/to Airport by taxi. ・Employees are very friendly, when pick-up my baggage after checking-out, a male receptionist talked to me “Have a nice trip”, that made me happy and want to go back to the hotel. ・Room has bed with typically “ibis” style, that has casual and cleanliness, and there is a refrigerator and you can bring / store beverages. ・Breakfast serves Western and East-European cuisines, tastes good. You can also eat at the terrace, more comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis Yerevan. The hotel is in the city centre and the main shopping areas and many tourist sites are within walking distance. I liked the selection of Armenian foods provided for breakfast. The only drawback was the air conditioner, which is quite noisy, especially at night.

I specifically booked and paid for a late checkout in advance so I could get some sleep after a late arrival. But they woke me up at 1:00 PM and told me to check out. And when I mentioned I had a late checkout, they simply said, "Oh, right, that's true." Why couldn't they have checked this before calling? As a result, I couldn't get any sleep. And why did I overpay for a late checkout if the staff couldn't even do basic checks before disturbing my sleep?

First of all, I want to thank Marina for constantly following up with me through emails. The location of the hotel is perfect, the service is great, the only thing is that the room we requested earlier was twin beds and we received kind size for two and it was inconvenient for us to change it later. The room is a bit small for two people and fits more comfortable for one person. Other than that, everything was great, clean and super comfortable.
