Dear Varvara, Thank you for choosing to stay with us during your layover and for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that what should have been a quiet night’s rest turned into a disturbing and uncomfortable situation. Accidental entry into an occupied room is unacceptable under any circumstances, and we fully understand how unsettling this must have felt—especially in the middle of the night and after long travel.
