Very convenient for centre of Yerevan. Facilities were good and room was comfortable, except that it was quite warm and A/C wasn't working so we could only sleep with window wide open one night.

Hotel in a very good location, rooms were very small, premium is like normal small hotel room, I needed place for work and I needed internet connection, which was not there. I had it on first two days and after that it was even impossible to do basic things. As we had seminar in same building it was convenient and we had also lunch in Ibis, which was pity, cause generally food is very good in Armenia and this lunch was rather below the average. But people were really friendly and it was convenient to have it all in the same place.

The hotel itself was nice and overall I liked my stay, but I have to take points off for two reasons. First, I was disappointed with the service in the lobby bar. The waiter and bartender did not come to our table after we sat down, and even for drinks we had to go to the bar ourselves. In my opinion, this is not good service. It should not be that difficult to take a few steps and bring the drinks to guests instead of calling out to them and pointing for them to come to the bar and collect their order. The second issue was the air conditioning in the room. It could only be switched to heating, not cooling. During the day, the room got very hot from the sun, which made it quite uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was fine, but these issues had a negative impact on my stay.
