You come to the reception desk and feel a part of the big family. it's just so awesome. everybody is friendly, helpful and always smiling. rooms are superb and well-maintained. the location is great. highly recommend as the best price/value hotel in Armenia.

I stayed for two nights at the hotel as well as attended a conference there. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast excellent and varied, and the employees always kind and helpful. In particular, when I faced bank issues to pay for the room (due to it being in another country), they were helpful and incredibly patient, helping me find a way to pay and saving the room while I figured it out. The hotel is also very well located, within walking distance of both the Cascad Complex and the Vernissage market, as well as multiple bus routes for the airport.
