Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 2-night, 3-day stay at Fairmont Udaipur, and it was truly an unforgettable experience from start to finish. What impressed us even before our arrival was the team’s exceptional attention to detail. Prior to our stay, they reached out to understand our preferences and expected arrival time, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience right from the beginning. Upon arriving at the property, we were welcomed with a grand traditional Indian reception, complete with a flower shower that instantly made us feel special. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Taniska Chakrabarti, Guest Relations Manager, for making our arrival and whole stay completely hassle-free and for thoughtfully arranging an upgrade to a beautiful room with a plunge pool. This became one of the highlights of our stay, especially for our daughter, who thoroughly enjoyed it. Our dining experience at Bahaar Restaurant was exceptional. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, with an extensive spread catering to diverse tastes. Thanks to Mr Sahil, Mr Kush (Specially for Rajasthani Thali) and Mr Anirban for your warm hospitality, exceptional service and wonderfully curated delicious food. A special mention goes to Mimi ,Shivani, Yuvaraj whose ever-present smile, and genuine care made every dining experience memorable. They consistently checked on us and went above and beyond to ensure our daughter had everything she needed. We would also like to extend our appreciation to Ankit and the Sports & Recreation Team for patiently explaining all the activities and facilities available at the resort. Their enthusiasm and support helped us make the most of the recreational offerings throughout our stay. A special thank you to Himanshu at the pool area for his attentive support and encouragement, ensuring our daughter could enjoy her swimming sessions safely and confidently. His positive attitude, warm smile, and willingness to help were truly appreciated. As an unexpected bonus, we had the pleasure of meeting Farhan Akhtar during our stay and were fortunate enough to take a family photograph with him, making our visit even more memorable. The property itself is magnificent—lavish, elegant, and impeccably maintained, with breathtaking views and world-class amenities.
