We had the pleasure of staying at Fairmont Udaipur Palace as part of our honeymoon, which also coincided with Valentine’s Day, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making the experience truly memorable. From the pre-arrival stage itself, the guest experience team, especially Taniska, was proactive, responsive, and extremely helpful. Communication was smooth, warm, and reassuring. All our queries were addressed patiently, and we genuinely felt that the team was invested in ensuring a seamless experience even before we arrived. The arrival experience set the tone immediately. Being escorted from the main gate and welcomed into the grand lobby created a wonderful first impression. The scale of the palace, the architectural detailing, and the expansive layout of the property are truly breathtaking. The views from various floors across the hotel are epic, the surrounding hills and open landscapes add a sense of serenity and grandeur that is hard to describe. One of the most unforgettable moments was witnessing the sunset from Mehfil on the 6th floor. The view of the palace façade against the evening sky, along with the beautifully lit pool areas below, was absolutely breathtaking and remains one of our favorite memories from the stay. We were also delighted to receive an upgrade to a plunge pool room, which elevated the experience significantly. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and luxurious in every detail. Having a private plunge pool was an incredible indulgence, especially since all the pools across the property are heated. This thoughtful feature allowed us to fully enjoy our time in the water without concern for the weather, and we made the most of it. The Valentine’s Day celebrations were curated beautifully. The hi-tea setup, cultural programs, and live musicians added charm and character to the overall atmosphere. The special Valentine’s buffet dinner at Bahaar was grand and festive. The spread was vast, truly extensive, with multiple cuisines and live counters. It was nearly impossible to try everything in a single sitting. The restaurant team was attentive, courteous, and consistently hospitable throughout the evening. What stood out most across the stay was the service culture. The team was warm without being intrusive, attentive without being overwhelming, and consistently professional. Every interaction felt genuine. Even when minor operational issues arose, they were handled calmly and responsibly, which further reinforced our confidence in the team. The property succeeded in striking a balance between scale and personalization, something not all large luxury hotels manage well. Despite the grandeur and size of the palace, we felt cared for as individuals. Overall, this stay was the highlight of our Rajasthan trip and a truly special way to celebrate our honeymoon. We leave with beautiful memories and deep appreciation for the team’s efforts.

As soon we entered our room the washroom was dirty and not properly cleaned

Excellent luxurious PALACE property, ambiance is beyond imagination, exclusive location, lobbies are very impressive, the walls and pillars, water bodies are extremely impressive. Had a marvelous and a Very pleasant and comfortable stay. Excellent spread served for breakfast. Entire team were very friendly and cooperative. Went out of their ways to make a memorable stay @ the palace hotel. Appreciations to Mr.Vishal (front office), cheff Mr. Harmain, Ms.Ankita and the entire staff.
