With just one email, the team surprised us by upgrading our stay to a Private Pool & Cabana Room, which itself set the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly memorable experience. What truly stood out was the genuine care and empathy shown by the entire Fairmont crew. As we were travelling with our daughter and Palak, who is physically challenged, the team went out of their way to make us comfortable. From seamless arrangements to thoughtful flexibility, they made a series of exceptions purely out of kindness and understanding—not obligation. A special mention to Navjot at the front desk, whose warmth, sensitivity, and proactive support made a world of difference. The welcome crew, housekeeping, restaurant staff—everyone was aligned with one goal: making our stay effortless and joyful. The property itself is breathtaking, but what elevates Fairmont Udaipur Palace above luxury is its human touch. It is rare to find a palace hotel that is not only kid-friendly but also genuinely accommodating for physically challenged guests. I came for a wedding, overall experience was good. The layout was a little difficult to manage. Housekeeping staff was very good. Restaurant staff was not at all courteous.
