Stay was fine but got bed bug on the first day which made me scared to sleep on the bed even though room was changed by the hotel. I had a mild surgery because of bed bugs a few years back and seeing the bed bugs reminded me of those moments and I was not able to enjoy my stay and was constantly checking for bugs on the bed.

Major issue in finding the lift.......since its was an event so became choatic and slightly confusing

Reception and Booking team deserve 11 out of 10. Special thanks to Mr. Vedant and Ms.Taniska. Restaurant staff and Cleaning Staff were also top notch. Some areas of improvement: On the first day, there were a few 6-seater empty tables on the open deck that weren’t reserved, yet we, being a group of three, were asked to sit elsewhere. This felt a bit odd. We had booked a half-board plan and went for dinner on the first night, which had an à la carte menu. Upon enquiring about our meal plan, 2–3 staff members had no knowledge of the half-board or full-board plans. After explaining, they introduced us to Manager Rahul (who deserves special thanks), who informed us that anything could be ordered under the plan. However, the next day, a staff member at the entrance informed us that only two items each from appetizers, mains, and desserts were included, which created further confusion. On the third day, we were told that ice cream might not be covered under the meal plan and could be chargeable. Such confusion could be avoided if the details are provided in written form, clearly outlining inclusions, exclusions, and any limitations. I hope it helps.
