Had a wonderful stay at Raffles. The property is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. The only drawback was the room size. Considering the premium room rates, the rooms felt quite small, especially when an extra bed was added. The extra bed had to be placed right next to the king bed, leaving very little space to move around comfortably. There was also a protruding rod near the bed that unfortunately hurt my leg, which could be a safety concern. That said, the overall experience was excellent, and the hospitality truly stood out. With slightly larger rooms and better space planning, the stay would have been perfect.

Even after reaching at 2:30 pm , we were made to wait till 4:30 for check in ( and that too for all 3 rooms ) . Regarding service its bit lagging . Baby food ordered in room took about 40-50 mins to reach . Morning breakfast service was very delayed as well as time and again ordered was not getting delivered . Location and Maintainance of property was top notch , without doubt it was near perfect .
