The price charged for accommodation under the name of raffles is absolutely worthless, hotel is not maintained upto the mark, room bathroom have pipes broken, issues with insects, housekeeping not done appropriately. And restaurant is out of item from the menu.

the stay was not very good as we had to switch our rooms midnight as the AC was not working even after repeated tries by your engineering team. We checked in on 5th January and Checked out on the 6th January and were allocated Room number 325. After repeated complains the AC was not repaired and we were given hopes of it getting repaired every time the engineer came. At around 11PM we were asked to change our rooms after complaining for the 3rd time and we were given room number 331 on the same floor. This was not a very good experience for us. i was just staying for one night and this spoilt my experience. i would request you to please look into the matter. Moreover on the morning of 6th January the water was stopped in the washroom for 20 minutes. This is not what we expect from the hospitality of Raffles. Mr Sahil Khan on the front desk was very helpful and cordial. He helped us in all ways he could.

Well located, good butler service, excellent food, good quality of linens, poor room exterior, dirty room rugs, dirty wooden floor joints filled with dirt, heavy infestation due to pigeons in balcony and pool and gazebo.

Already mentioned in reviews. Pigeons are part of nature but they carry load of insects and infectious. Unlike other birds they don’t live on tree, they live on buildings. Hence room infrastructure from outside was very poor and look old due to cracks and bad paint. Needs to work serious on it. Would like to come again but only if no pigeon competing for room space. Pigeons are beautiful but health wise it’s better to stay away. You should renovate exterior such a way they don’t get space to nest or to sit. Hence My Mercedes parked by valet was covered with dirt and was parked with trucks. Pls arrange for proper canopy parking for guest cars. Overall good experience. Thank you and all the best.
