Humongous property with courteous staff

It’s a pretty good property. Well located with just 20 min drive to the airport. The employees are at the heart of all the action. Loved their courtesy and hospitality to the core. My stay was marred by a series of let downs due to a private event. The service went haywire during a private event on the last 24 hours of my stay and unfortunately it never recovered. It’s an excellent property let down by the management.

I am so glad we selected Raffles Udaipur for our special occasions. Hands-down the best luxury stay experiences we have had so far. From the moment we were picked up at the airport till they dropped us back, every aspect of it was absolutely top notch. They went above and beyond to make our stay experience memorable. I would not be doing justice to the team if I did hand-pick any names of the team members. Each team member we interacted at Raffles was an absolute pleasure. This will be a memory we will cherish for a long time.
