Extremely satisfactory . However you may change the wash basin in the wash rooms since the water spills over each time you wash your face.

I had a rather disappointing experience at this property. My 12-day trip across Rajasthan was absolutely amazing every property I stayed at before this one offered excellent service, warm welcomes, and true hospitality. Unfortunately, ending my trip here fell short of those expectations. The property itself offers a beautiful view overlooking the lake, but the overall experience was far from what one would expect at this price point. When I arrived, wedding preparations were underway, and I found myself fumbling around trying to locate someone to guide me across the lake for the transfer. After some confusion, I finally found someone who directed me to the boat along with other wedding guests . Upon reaching the property, I had no idea where to head next. As I crossed the bridge, the security personnel rather rudely asked me to share a buggy with wedding guests, even though I mentioned that I wasn’t part of the wedding group. At the lobby, I had to go from person to person asking where to check in. Despite clarifying multiple times that I wasn’t part of the wedding or a conference, I was still treated like one of the event attendees. Eventually, the concierge came over and escorted us to the room. For a property that charges nearly ₹80,000 a night, I had expected a smooth, pleasant check-in not confusion and indifference. The next morning and even the day before, I kept receiving calls reminding me to check out exactly at 12 noon. I politely requested an extension until 12:30 PM as I had a meeting from 11 to 12 and only needed half an hour afterward to pack and freshen up. Unfortunately, my request wasn’t accommodated. I was called again at 10 AM to be reminded about checkout, and once more at exactly 12 PM and asked me if the could send the the luggage boy to collect my bags though he had already come by around 10–10:30 AM saying he’d received instructions to do so. The morning was also extremely noisy I could clearly hear children stomping and shouting from my room. All I wanted was a peaceful and relaxing end to my Rajasthan trip, but the constant noise made it impossible to unwind. After checkout, I waited in the library hoping to spend some quiet time reading before leaving. However, the space was far from peaceful several wedding crew members were taking loud calls and holding discussions there. For a property of this calibre, I expected designated quiet spaces to truly offer calm and comfort. To be fair, I must mention that the restaurant staff were absolutely wonderful. Despite the rush from wedding guests, the chef, waiters, and servers went above and beyond to make the dining experience enjoyable. Their attentiveness and courtesy truly stood out, and it’s understandable that some delays may happen during such busy times. Overall, the experience was far below the standards of a luxury property. Both my mum and I left with a heavy heart, wishing out final stay had reflected the same warmth and hospitality I experienced everywhere else in Rajasthan.
