Came for a wedding, excellent experience overall including the core activities of the hotel. Services at the breakfast can get better : They are slow at times

not satisfied after paying so much

The experience and service quality was lacking in a luxury property like raffles. Didn’t have great experience at spa (therapists didn’t look well trained, couples room jacuzzi water was cold and overall treatment experience was below average), salon was poorly managed and no one cared about appointment, we had a security issue as bell boy entered our room at date of checkout and put the next guests luggage while we were in the bathroom and our luggage was still into room. Breakfast was also not great w lukewarm paranthas and extra hot sambhar that nearly burnt our mouth.
