Well located, good butler service, excellent food, good quality of linens, poor room exterior, dirty room rugs, dirty wooden floor joints filled with dirt, heavy infestation due to pigeons in balcony and pool and gazebo.

Already mentioned in reviews. Pigeons are part of nature but they carry load of insects and infectious. Unlike other birds they don’t live on tree, they live on buildings. Hence room infrastructure from outside was very poor and look old due to cracks and bad paint. Needs to work serious on it. Would like to come again but only if no pigeon competing for room space. Pigeons are beautiful but health wise it’s better to stay away. You should renovate exterior such a way they don’t get space to nest or to sit. Hence My Mercedes parked by valet was covered with dirt and was parked with trucks. Pls arrange for proper canopy parking for guest cars. Overall good experience. Thank you and all the best.

We stayed for 2 days and 3 nights. We were celebration our anniversary and infant month birthday. So housekeeping did very good decor and very sweet videos showing our memorable photos. Food was very good. Service was a bit slow but live music compensated that too. Inhouse kids room was very very good. Spa team and Service was very good.

From the moment we stepped onto the stunning property of Raffles Udaipur, every moment of our stay felt like a meticulously crafted experience. The level of personalization here is beyond compare. The staff made us feel truly special, anticipating our needs and offering thoughtful gestures that added an extra layer of warmth to our stay. Starting from Our boat ride to the hotel which was enchanting. Lavanya, the duty manager shared captivating stories about the rich history of Udaipur, making the journey even more immersive. It was an incredible way to learn about the city’s heritage, and it set the tone for the entire stay. One of the most memorable moments was the sunset view from the Belvedere Point. Watching the golden hues of the setting sun reflect off the tranquil waters was nothing short of magical. A big thanks to Gaurav and Ayush for making this possible. It was the perfect way to end our evening, with a sense of peace and awe. Another highlight was the evening aarti held in the hotel's beautiful Mandir. The spiritual energy and serene atmosphere made it a truly unique experience, adding a deeper cultural connection to our stay. The tradition and beauty of the ceremony were a perfect complement to the luxury of the property. Writer's Bar - The one place you just cannot miss.. Our gin and tonic afternoon there with family was one of the most enjoyable times spent.. The bartenders there ensured serving us the perfect drinks and ensuring we kept asking for more.. The Udaipur Sling is a " Must Have" Long Bar - The Asian food at this place was delicious. Our breakfast at The Patisserie was wholesome , healthy and lip smacking tasty. The create your own Juice counter handled by Kajal was a superb idea. Next the fresh Avocado toasts being made.. A special mention to the perfectly made Gobhi Paratha for my mom in law and the Mushroom scrambled Eggs and Shakshouka by the Executive Chef. Renuka and Shreyas were our stars at the restaurant. They just knew what we needed and took such care of all of us. From changing cutlery to smaller ones for my daughter and in laws to taking care of not serving garlic to my parents. they took care of the minutest detail. The rooms are simply stunning! Spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for ultimate comfort. A special mention to their in house brew of Coffee and the lovely collection of teas. The view from the room was breathtaking, and every corner of the space exuded luxury and tranquility, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The private pool in our rooms was the icing on the cake.. A special mention to our Girl from Guest Relations - Minali - Thank you for taking such good care of Manasvi , she shall remember you for a long time now.. Also your thoughtfulness and small actions in ensuring that we were comfortable is incomparable and am at loss of words. Another name that I just cannot Miss : AYUSH - Gosh ! Super hero you are.. Literally with us every moment from ensuring our drinks to the medicinal water for my mum. From buggy rides to the evening show around to ensuring refreshing lemonade after the cricket session in the afternoon , you were there for us always. We cannot thank you enough Overall, my stay at Raffles Udaipur was an unforgettable blend of luxury, culture, and exceptional service. Whether it was the breathtaking views, the impeccable service, or the delightful food, every moment surpassed my expectations.
