Just got back from an amazing hotel stay! The room was super comfy, and I loved having a pool right there. The food was an absolute highlight, especially the incredibly tasty Jain dishes they served. Honestly, the service really made the whole experience top-notch. I'd totally recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

We have stayed at Raffles for one day, yet I wish we could for more. I have already published a review on Google Maps, as advised. Beautiful scenery all around the hotel, and gorgeous architecture. The service was exceptional, especially by Ms. Dinki, Mr. Vishal, Ms. Nikita, Mr. Aniket, Ms. Priya and Chef Durga. From the Aarti done at dusk for all to the perks specifically given due to my parents 15th anniversary, they really made the day feel special. Even if it wasn't their anniversary, the day could not have been better. Highly recommend.

Airport pickup experience was nice. On arrival to the jetty, the experience was not at all good , very unlike last time. There was no one to greet or take care of the luggage. After a while a person had to request some people standing beside to assist with the luggage. Mandatory welcome picture was also taken in haste. Mr. Aman our butler is a wonderful human being. He really explained about the property as well as the room. He was forthcoming, polite and took great care. Being a Diamond Elite member, the recognition was not present but due care was taken by the front desk team. Special thank you to Mr. Gaurav Chakravarti for arranging everything. This time the Manor Suite was booked by me for the view but the worst possible Manor Suite had been alloted. Right at the start corner of the property with no view to mesmerise. Even last time the Oasis Suite had no view. Staff at the activity centre were warm. Food is excellent and mouth watering at all the outlets. Presentation and taste were excellent. Ms. Shweta, Mr. Vishal, Mr. Manish, Mr. Aakash were some standout staff members of the property. The property as such has a lot to offer with its boat ride, swimming pool, excellent spa centre, gardens and activity centre. Some out of the box facility or benefit could he offered to Platinum and above elite members. The shaving razor is of no use. The blade cuts the skin.
