I had a very pleasant stay at Novotel Madinah. The rooms were very clean, fresh, and comfortable, and the hotel has a very calm and quiet atmosphere, which made my stay very relaxing. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming, especially the reception, housekeeping, and restaurant teams. The management team was also very supportive and always available to assist the staff and guests, making the whole stay smooth and easy. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend Novotel Madinah to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well-managed hotel in Madinah.

THE HOTEL ROOM IS CLEAN, BUT THE ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL, I WAS NOT HAPPY BECAUSE I WAS NOT UPGRADED TO SUITE.
