I had three nights at the hotel and the room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and in a good location. The staff were very nice.

It was nice and comfortable. All was very good. Nice professional staff at the reception. Small comment on water in the shower-I wish it could have been a bit hotter. I also struggled a bit with TV (Netflix set up), but I didn’t ask for help, so probably I should have, and it would have been fixed quickly. Otherwise very nice and pleasant stay. Will get back if I am in the town next time.

I stayed in the hotel for three nights as part of a holiday which started in Bucharest. I was so surprised how pristine the hotel was, best Mercure standard. I have to call out an exceptional front desk team member Daniela / Danielle, so pleasant, helpful, full of super information and showed a genuine delight at guests approaching her for help. Breakfast was super, well stocked, perfect.

Good location, nice hotel, but bad communication before arrival. Room was not ready for the amount of people that room can take , personal was informed but 0 reaction. One bathrobe instead of 4 , no bad sheets and extra pillows for the second bed
