Like a member of All Accord I was lucky to get a great room with a nice card showing how the team from the hotel was welcoming me. This card brought a smile on my face and help me to begin my 4 nights in the hotel in a great way. The position of the hotel give you the opportunity to discover the heart of Chisinau by walk during the day or at night. I found it was easy to park my rent a car and you feel really secure in this city. The hotel has quiet rooms, the team is really helpful a great breakfast and the person at the front desk were very friendly and ready to give advise to place to visit, restaurant to find. Good positive energy at the front desk help for a client to feel really welcome.

The location is good, the architecture of the whole building is horrible, spacious room but very poor breakfast for an Accor hotel.

Everyone was polite and helpful, the breakfast was nice, I enjoyed the lovely rye/caraway bread and the chia seed and kiwi. There was even some smoked salmon and nice cheese. The only downside was there were o decaffeinated options for coffee, unless you got some sachets from the bar, perhaps would be worth having a few sachets downstairs at breakfast so you didn't have to ask? But otherwise, everyone was nice, it was a lovely well run hotel

I liked that the hotel was very clean, rooms are cleaned up every day.we stayed with the group and for us the breakfast and lunch were good. We had coffee breaks which were also amazing. The only negative part was the conference room in a basement where was no oxygen at all and part of the group felt seek of hypoxia.
