it was a problem to make check -in. The organization asked and your hotel confirmed the availability for my required dates, but when i tried first time to make check-in, your staff didn't allow me, because they waited me one day before, they even didn't book this date for me. I want to mention that organization paid for me in advance, to avoid any problem with payment and check-in...but when i wanted to make check-out, your staff asked me to pay....Finally it was sorted out...but for next time i will not come here more.
