Wonderful location, good bed, bathroom amenities, but the hotel team still needs to work on their service. They're coldly polite. The rubber seal between the bathtub and the glass in the bathroom is worn out. They couldn't find me an extra blanket in the entire hotel. Breakfast closes early—at 10:00 AM. Great jazz theme, beautiful interior, aroma marketing. Breakfast was really good. The only smiling, friendly girl in the entire hotel was at breakfast, among the waiters.

We had a very disappointing stay because the air conditioning in Room 301 stopped working and was never repaired. We spent the night in an extremely humid room and could not sleep properly, despite having a marathon the next morning. No refund or meaningful compensation was offered. I want to be very clear that this was not the fault of the reception staff. Diana in particular was exceptionally kind, professional and helpful. She apologised sincerely, and the team even dried and cleaned my shoes after they got soaked in the rain. Their efforts were genuinely appreciated. The problem was at management level: essential room facilities were not maintained, no technician was available, and the reception team seemed to be left handling a situation they did not have the resources or authority to resolve. Staff like Diana should be supported by management, not left to apologise for failures beyond their control. I hope the hotel recognises Diana for her excellent service and takes responsibility for the unresolved AC issue and lack of compensation.

Well located to explore the city, was easy to walk to the main tourist sites. Room was comfortable, a little dated perhaps but clean and spacious.

The hotel is very well located. The stay was comfortable. Breakfast is good but if you have long stay, you would find same line of hot buffet choices. The water bottle is provided once on the first day and required us to refill at the dispenser downstairs 🙄 The housekeeping randomly refilled coffee and tea and we met young lady housekeeper don’t refill us the vanity kit and tooth brush +paste, even when we requested, she said No.

All in all, everything was fine, friendly staff ready to help, especially the front desk officer Mrs. Nicoleta. Acceptable breakfast which could be improved when it is about the variety of food. Good location for short business stay, wish you all the best.

The hotel's location is phenomenal, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that there's a nightclub nearby, and it was noisy until 2am on Friday night into Saturday

Overall the stay was very good, strong 8/10. Great location, accessible with our stroller. Crib provided was good with a big duvet. I wish water was replenished by staff daily (no-one explained that we have to go to the water cooler and replenish water ourselves until I called for new water bottle). Last thing we wanted after a busy day to go down with empty bottle and refill it. Elevators are very small and slow. Until 14:00 they are pretty much occupied by cleaners and it makes any trip up or down feel like eternity. Elevators only have one button to be called from the floor and they stop on every floor wether you go up or down.

I can safely say I was surprised by such a low-key attitude in your hotel chain! Upon check-in, everything was fine and welcoming. We were checked in quickly, the security guard opened the garage, and helped us carry our bags to our room. Of course, the hotel's location is very inconvenient, with nowhere to park a car! But ok, we paid for the garage, but frankly, there are very few spaces for a hotel this size. Overall, other than these minor issues, everything was fine upon check-in. The next day, we quickly went down to breakfast since we had an early flight from the airport. And by 7:40, we were already standing at reception with our bags. I repeated to the guy twice that we needed to get to the airport immediately so they could open the garage and we could leave. When he asked about the minibar, I replied that we hadn't eaten or drunk anything! And despite having a card linked to my account and a €50 hold, he wouldn't let us leave until they checked the room! This is a first! After checking, he said everything was fine and left! We waited for about 10 minutes, and after that, I started screaming in the lobby for someone to let us out and open the garage with our car! Honestly, I'm shocked by this attitude in your hotel chain! I'll be looking for other hotels now.

The hotel lacks a designated area for unloading luggage from a car. We had to carry our bags inside ourselves, while the receptionist simply watched us struggle without offering any assistance. I booked a Junior Suite and was given a room on the second floor of the old building. I was quite shocked to discover that there is no elevator in that building. The room description promised a gorgeous city view, but in reality, the window overlooked the windows of the neighboring building. The air conditioning unit was also far too small for the size of the room and was unable to cool the room properly, making it quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay and, in my opinion, not nearly as good as the breakfast at the neighboring Bristol Hotel. The one positive aspect was the manager at reception, who apologized for the inconveniences and offered us a late check-out. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
