Room was like a greenhouse at the top of the building, aircon didn't work - temperature hit 33c, 24c at night. I think they knew this before I was given the room, as the window was open when I got there. One unit blew warm air, the other never turned on. Up since 4am I was unable to nap from jet lag in the afternoon, didn't have a good sleep, didn't get the work done that I needed to. They were not able to fix it (despite saying they would three times) or offer me another room which I gave them a chance to do for 24hrs, so I booked a different hotel down the road and walked out. Obviously, I won't be staying there again.

We were told our room would be upgraded but actually it was not. That said the classic room was fine. This was located in the front of the hotel which has no lift. There is a lift in the back section. The breakfast was adequate. The location is good for exploring the city.

Like a member of All Accord I was lucky to get a great room with a nice card showing how the team from the hotel was welcoming me. This card brought a smile on my face and help me to begin my 4 nights in the hotel in a great way. The position of the hotel give you the opportunity to discover the heart of Chisinau by walk during the day or at night. I found it was easy to park my rent a car and you feel really secure in this city. The hotel has quiet rooms, the team is really helpful a great breakfast and the person at the front desk were very friendly and ready to give advise to place to visit, restaurant to find. Good positive energy at the front desk help for a client to feel really welcome.
