The room was clean and food was nice. But the manager took 90 euro instead of 70 euro though I exchanged my points into 20 euro on the ALL App. First I even didn’t notice as the payment was in Moldova currency. The process of solving the problem took time. The girl seems to be completely incompetent though apologising all the time.

Did not like transfer to hotel, for ride of 5 minutes = 15 euro it could be organized better. Upon my arrival driver was still on hotel, so waited him. Driver refused to help with my suitcase arguing his sport trauma. Very unprofessional service.
