- Arrived late (abt 2 a.m.) and waited abt. 10 min. for lady from reception despite it is open 24/24 and there was absolutely no one at the reception or entire lobby - Matrass was hard type - not comfortable at all - AirConditioner - is very noisy - the only chance is to switch off - Room and bathroom are clean, minibar filled - but no complementary water - internet was working fine - breakfast was also fine - but a lot of ukraineans (several ladies at one table - majority of them looks like escort service and suspicious guys at another table - looks like ex-sportive). Overall having a feeling of insecurity...

Hotel is quirky with its tennis theme, which seemed a little out of place. An email sent to the hotel in advance regarding an airport transfer had not been acted upon, so there was no transfer waiting. Fortunately I was able to phone the hotel and arrange a transfer, although we had to wait 15 minutes. Food in the restaurant was good. Room had facilities including a kettle and a fridge.

Pros Located 3 or 4 bus (or trolleybus) stops from the airport; the airport is about 10-15 minutes by public transport and city center is about 30-40 minutes by public transport; served well by trolleybuses, busses and local taxis; located in a quiet rural area just between the airport and city (new housing and industrial units are being built at some distance); the hotel has a bar and a restaurant; and the nearest residential area with shops and restaurants is two bus stops away; there are signal-controlled pedestrian crossings that help to reach public transport stops safely; the tap water quality is better than other hotels I ever stayed in, possibly there is no chlorine in the water (critical for me because my digestive system cannot tolerate chlorine); Cons the road near hotel sometimes occasionally gets nosy - police and ambulances turn on sirens (you would not hear much if you close the window); children of reach locals occasionally use the road as a racing ground (especially at night), just be careful.
