Comfortable room. Nice buffet breakfast choices, but quality of food was not as good the previous year. One morning, I went up to try to use the onsen. I got scared away at what I saw at the entrance , and did not dare to go inside the changing room at all. The area was full of scattered towels, dirty socks and slippers. Obviously, this was created by some nasty customers. But shouldn't the hotel cleaned things up, when they open the onsen at 5 am in the morning??? Yes, I went there at 5 am and that was what I saw.

We, a family of three, stayed here for two nights . It is a Double Room - Superior with extra bed for the third person. The room was comfortable and had all amenities, including night ware. The breakfast was okay, though we had limited choices. Had to pay extra taxes for the hot spring on the 9th floor though we didn't use it.
