Lovely decor, great breakfast, great bedroom. Corridors are very hard to navigate. Impossible to find the lifts from your room. Too warm downstairs.

A great setting and sympathetically renovated. I had to complain about tepid water in the sink and sink not emptying. You kindly left some cakes but the second day housekeeping left the plate and 2 coffee cups on the mantlepeice, not something i would expect in a5x hotel at over £600 for 2 nights

Well located but very small rooms and a chaotic breakfast experience

The building is stunning and I would say that the staff was friendly enough, but the overall experience was rather disappointing. The room we had hardly fitted the bed, which was quite small in itself and not very comfortable. The room itself hardly had a window despite the tasteful interior design. Breakfast Sunday morning was chaotic, with drink and food orders being switched up between guests. Finally I expected something more as an Accor Gold member, in no way was a drink offered or where any efforts undertaken to make the stay more memorable. The MGallery in Amsterdam or even a Novotels I stayed in do this much better.
