Eventhough we this trip wasn't blessed with tons of luck (got a cold right after we came to the hotel) the Crew of the Hotel Valkenburg did everything to make our stay as comfy as possible. It was our first time in Valkenburg, but that is for sure not the last time. I wish the Team all the best for the upcomming summer season, keep up the good work and see you next time.

Check-in was late, but there was still no warm welcome and no mention status and benefits. Front desk unattended and I hunt staff down to check me in. The car park was 300m walk away and overpriced for insecure parking. Room was cold and ac not on when I checked in. No real amenities or adduoonal pillows or blankwra. Lighting was limited as was the TV options
