A very friendly welcome from the receptionist with good information concerning surrounding area. CLEAN comfortable beds and adequate facilities to see to one's needs. All clean!

Good value, though we had a weird experience while checking in, where a woman was standing with the guy at the front desk, she kept looking at us without looking away and when we didn't find the elevator ( no elevator in this hotel) she started laughing at us.

My guests said, Your receptionist was very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional and should not have been on the front desk.

My guests said, It was horrible. They were so insulted, abused and thrown out. Your receptionist called the police to throw out my guests simply because he made a call at the reception area of the hotel..

Hello Mr. O., unfortunately you forgot to mention that one of your guests physically attacked our employees. That's why the police had to be called. Now the question is who needs training here? Not true?

The behavior of the old woman who was the reception was terribly bad! Even tho the hotel was ok with its price, the behavior of the old woman was so so disrespectful with us as a family… Sorry.

Well located, but few options

The hotel it has a good location. Wifi stopped to work on Saturday evening at 11PM and still was not working at 11 AM on Sunday. Asked the receptionist and he said was waiting for advise from IT Helpdesk.. In a three persons room only two pillows, no shower gel in the room, only one miniature soap. All in all very dissatisfied especially knowing that this hotel had more quality few years ago. Receptionist not present in all working hours. Maybe Accor group should better care for the Ibis Budget Hotels quality that are really dissappointing.
