Good location, linen questionable

checked in, pulled back sheet, found hair on sheet (hair was not mine). went to reception and discreetly asked for someone to change the linen. Receptionist came, had a look and offered to bring me a new sheet so I could make my own bed. I told him for almost $400 per night I didn't expect to strip my own bed and make it new. So he was going to put on the new sheet for me, but felt he could leave the quilt cover as is. I commented that if the sheet wasn't changed the pillow cases and the top cover weren't done either and I asked for completely new linen. A short while later my phone rang and I was told there is another room for me where they can move me to. I was assisted with the move and received a drinks voucher as apology. I am glad the problem was solved. All was fine. I guess the housekeeping supervisor can check the bathrooms etc, but won't pull back a tucked in bed to check if linen was changed. Might be worth doing the odd spot check. Also, a bit more dusting around the coffee area and ledges wouldn't hurt.

We enjoyed our stay, only issue was that every time we used the shower the water drained very slowly. A pool of water would pile up, we told staff a couple of times but wasn't fixed while we stayed there. We hope it is fixed for future customers.

Providing a credit card to cover incidentals of my employees

I made two phone calls and visited the reception another two times asking for my credit card to be across the other two rooms I had booked for two employees, before my employees arrived for their stay. I gave my credit card number; I watched as the details were put into your computer system and each time i was told that the details were there. Only to find that when my employees arrived, they were asked for their credit card for the room incidentals????!!!!! On the 4th time when at your reception at 8:00pm of the day my two employees had arrived, I asked for an email to confirm that my credit card was in fact in place. I woke the next day to find I have been sent an email asking me to fill out a form from me to put my credit card on the rooms of my employees! Why this form could not have been sent to me when I made the 1st phone call or 2nd phone call or had visited the reception two times, I will never understand? You have caused me embarrassment in front of my employees. I am incredibly disappointed. If you were me, I suspect you would feel the same.

Although we arrived at the hotel before check-in, they kept our luggage after checking the booking list. Their support was kind and excellent. Using the Kiosk for check-in was quite good, but I personally think if a person is not familiar with using the Kiosk, it would be hard. On the other hand, they opened the counter for check-in by person as well, so it doesn't matter too much. In addition, when I had to stay at the hotel after check-out to some work during the daytime, they always supported me, so I would like to thank you for their kindful support.
