So easy to locate from Wynyard train station and a five minute walk to the concert we were attending. The staff were helpful, the room clean and comfortable and breakfast was good.

The room was comfortable enough and I appreciated the early check-in. But over the course of the stay, the hot water broke down, the door lock ran out of battery leaving me stuck outside, and the safe also didn't work. Housekeeping wouldn't even remove a used plate from my room for 2 days. In the gym, no one could figure out how to work the 3 Peloton bikes so everyone was queuing up for the treadmill. The space could have been much better used.
