The room was clean, well-equipped and met my needs perfectly. Check-in process was very easy. The hotel is ideally located, close to Museum station and Hyde Park. Look forward to staying again.

Clean and tidy, the air conditioner is quite loud in the room but worth keeping it on due to sealed windows. Overall a great stay, but for some reason my TV would automatically turn itself back on after a while if I turned it off - and scared the daylights out of me at 3am when it started blasting the music for the TV hotel homepage.

1. Bed sheets were 'noisy'. Apparently it's because of the thread count? 2. Breakfast was average, the quality of the cooked food can be better. I refrained, and only ate cereal and toast. 3. No on site parking. Not sure how you fix this? Maybe valet? 4. The sound proofing of the walls between rooms is inadequate, we could hear quite clearly telephone conversations from the room next door, especially late into the evening.

The food and service downstairs was amazing. Regarding our room I was rather disappointed, our room wasn’t clean, the bed wasn’t clean, the mirror in the main room had hand and face marks all over it. The shower leaked so bad we had to use towels and when we tried calling the front desk for more towels there was no answer nor did we receive a call back. The room service took over half an hour to arrive, our coffees were cold and the banana bread didn’t come with any cutlery or butter.

The room is nice and tidy but the best part was the Mee So restaurant downstairs. I was surprised it wasn't busier on a Saturday night! The bacon and egg bao bun with only a $2 room service fee was the cherry on top to cure my hangover lol
