Lots of confusion

The check in process was very cumbersome - rooms were not ready and the staff was not helpful. There was a fire alarm at midnight and after walking down 8 flights of stairs, the staff was totally unavailable to tell us when we could return to our rooms, use the elevator or any other help. I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed 5 nights after Easter, the hotel was busy. The room was quite basic but comfy, bathroom could use a better clean. The hotel is in a good location, fairly close to public transport, there is an IGA and Aldi within walking distance and a few different restaurants to chose from.
