Dirty and unkempt

Bed was not made neatly with sheets still hanging out. Lots of hair and dental floss found inside the shower. No toiletries. Room felt dirty and unkempt.

Overall good but: Breakfast food was incorrectly labelled. Could be serious for anyone with allergies. And the shower taps were put on incorrectly - hot water was marked cold, and cold water was marked hot.
