Excellent customer service, cold shower

The staff were excellent, both during check-in and check-out. Sadly, the shower was lukewarm at best. This was really disappointing as I arrived at the hotel late at night after a long flight and I was looking forward to a hot shower to freshen up before bed. Please note this wasn't a case of the hot water running out mid-shower. Rather, the water was never hot. Suggest this requires your review as I have never had an issue with hot water in other Accor hotels.

When we were booking a room for 3 people (2 adults and one teenager) online we were given a price for the room with one bed in a room and a sofa. We called to get more information about a sofa bed. We were informed that either 3 of us need to fit in one bed or pay extra for a sofa bed, which was in the room. It would be better to be more clear about bedding arrangements when requesting number of people in the room and the age of the teenager while making a booking online. We enjoyed our stay and close access to attractions in the CBD. We have never slept on such comfortable beds and pillows. We loved our beds. The hotel was very busy. The staff were great, very helpful.

Room especially bathroom dirty and really aged. Never stayed in such an weird room.

Well located, clean room on a high floor, a bit small but was cosy. Appreciated the staff’s kindness and helpfulness with checking and out plus the housekeeping staff servicing my room. Stayed over the Coldplay dates and felt busy but would stay again.

It was ok for an basic overnight stay. We thought $29 each for breakfast was quite expensive considering the menu.
