Dear Colleen M., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the The Sebel Sydney Martin Place. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I can definitely understand that our hotel may not have the facilities you may be used to however we have some fantastic partners located in the building and nearby such as Cafe's Restaurants, room service and parking. Wilsons Parking on Elisabeth Street is offered at a discounted price which is currently $70 on weeknights and $30 on weekends. If you do choose to stay with us again, we definitely recommend using this option. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Sincerely, Cristian

In addition to the mini bar located in your room, we also offer guests to order a much more extensive menu from the QR code in their room. I definitely recommend trying it out next time if you don't find what you're looking for in your room.
