Hotel not well signed from the street Entracne to the hotel had a lot of rubbish Shower and bathroom floor had not been cleaned in quite some time.

The room was good But I was put in a Disabled room which wasn't a great experience for me the toilet was odd and the Soap and lotion dispenser only had Water in it. The toilet floor wasn't clean and had foot Mark's on them

The service experience I had during this stay was the worst in all my years with Accor. As a gold member I have been advised to enquire regarding a complimentary upgrade when checking in....'I'll make a record of your request' the reception said as we left our bags and left until our room was ready. Upon return I was advised we were 'granted' a room upgrade and charged an extra $30. Couldn't be bothered arguing. The room we were allocated was very small and basic so unsure what 'upgrade' entailed. Received our complimentary wine by ordering through the App. Express checkout next day - no problem. Received invoice through email including two items from mini bar (chips and water) totalling $16. Not only did we not consume these items, but purposely left one bottle of wine in the fridge as we only drank one on the night. I considered not worrying about the $16, but decided to call and advise of the mistake on the invoice. Spoke to 'Matt' who said he would have to look into it as many people deny consuming items from the mini bar. 'Matt' said he would get back to me - nothing! This experience coincides with my renewal of membership, so after many years of patronage and many other options available, I'm researching other chains.
