This is a great little hotel in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Rooms are adequate, if not on the smaller side, but was not in my room much. House keeping didnt do a great job, leaving dirty towels on the floor and not cleaning up the coffee mug but nothing too serious.

Check in was easy, really friendly staff. I was surprised however when my room was made up after 1 night of a 2 night stay. I had left the do no disturb sign on the door, but came back from being out to find the room had been entered and made up. I chose the hotel based in part also on its eco credentials, so was a bit disappointed when the towels had also been refreshed, even though I’d not left them on the floor (a requirement apparently if you want fresh towels). Would have been happy to reuse and save the energy :)
