Good Stay and Convenient

After a small hiccup on arrival (the rooms we booked via the website and the ones allocated to us were not the same and we wouldn't have booked the rooms allocated as they were small and suited to our needs. I had specifically emailed reservations to ask if breakfast was included as it was not mentioned anywhere and this was a non-negotiable for us. Received confirmation via email.) On checking in the room and breakfast issues caused some confusion. After some insistence on different rooms and breakfast it was cleared up efficiently by the team on duty at the reception desk! We were grateful to get into our rooms. Breakfasts, service and the chocolate hour were all lovely and our kids (who believe that Hotel living is the height of luxury) had a great time at the breakfast buffet! The gym is a great addition and the team keeps it neat, well stocked with towels and welcoming!

Beautiful room, very friendly staff! Food wasnt great sadly. The burger was chewy ,hard and very dry making it inedible… the bun seemed like it was warmed in a microwave.. The breakfast pastries were very undercooked and pale in color.
