I had to ask for the carpets to be vacuumed as I could see the dirt and I suffered bites on my legs and feet. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned as there was still hair from the previous guest on the shower stoep. Sadly, this was not done throughout my stay. On the morning of my departure, I was given an iron that did not function. It took almost an hour to get this issue resolved, causing me to run late for a meeting. I give a full 10 to the dining staff. They were very polite and attentive.

Staff and services good (cleaning of the room, buffet, check in and out and cleaning of clothes). But the room is old, and it shows particularly at the bathroom: water tab and shower not piyrung/running properly, the trash lost its caps, the tiles of the bathtub has been painted and the painting is peeling off. Also we have to get out of the bed to turn on/off the lights.

staying in your hotel had some uncomfortable issues. Like the bed, which was rather short for someone who is 195cm in length. Also the shower provided some challenges as the shower height is 180 cm. But most incovinient was the WIFI connection, the instability and often non availability realy made it hard to work during my stay
