We checked in ok the lady at check in was lovely, next day at breakfast we didn’t get our cappuccino with our breakfast, staff went to charge her fone and ignored us we asked when leaving she said u. An have it to go. The next day there was a guy with braids he was very cocky and unprofessional referring to his female colleague who checked us in as the pretty one, my laundry was not back but were so rude about it on the fone too the short haired lady with glasses had a disgusting attitude. We asked for ice at room service the person knocked no good evening just lunged the ice bucket. So disappointed by this most disgusting service by an all Accor establishment.

The hotel charged me NAD 450 for a beer instead of NAD 45 and despite repeatedly trying to get the charge reversed, I was pushed from pillar to post in an attempt to avoid payment. Even though the hotel admitted the error repeatedly via e-mail repayment has still not been forthcoming and e-mail are ignored.
