Good staff, beautiful reception and restaurant area Laila in particular was amazing. Great staff member, the room we were allocated had very obvious wear and tear. And we were given a room with a cot which I did not understand. the room was a let down, but staff are nice. Also let people know at check in the bar in not including in room rate. All drinks in minibar of rooms is included within room rate usually. So as a 5 star hotel if you know it is now, tell your guests once they check in.

For a 5 star holiday, the experience was below par. Breakfast was not buffet and the excuse was that there was not a lot of guest. It was my birthday and the standard for most hotel is the barest minimum of a birthday card that I usually get even a 2 star hotel, none none of that was done even when I informed the ladies at the reception. The building was beautiful, however the distance to the beach was not fun. A good location when you want to take a break from the rest of the world I must say
