I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Everything was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. We only stayed one night and arrived late, receptionist was lovely. The staff at breakfast were also great. Lovely very short stay.

Booked the hotel for 2 nights. At 9am left the room and returned after 7 hours to find the room untouched. Receptionist said they were busy with other rooms. I asked to speak with management, but they were all on a vacation. Never ever experienced such poor execution! Approached Accor C. S. immediately, asking for intervention and compensation, but they only transfered my inquiry back to the hotel. What a lousy management! Everything is explained by this negligence. Me and my family and friend WILL NEVER enter your hotel or chain. I will stain your name evetywhere I can. Guaranteed.
