Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback. Please kindly note that the air conditioning system was not activated due to the winter season, which is why it was not available during your stay. Additionally, your reservation was made on a room-only basis, and therefore breakfast was not included in your booking. Regarding the pool, it is a seasonal facility and this information is clearly indicated across all booking platforms and hotel descriptions. Thank you for your understanding.
