What an outstanding team. The warmest welcome imaginable, attentive to every single detail to take care of their guests. Responsive to every question and wish. A delicious breakfast, beautiful swimming pool and great, spotless gym. Excellent internet connection for easy remote work. Excellent cuisine in the restaurant with an amazing bar. Will definitely come back.

I stay in this hotel at least 2 times a year. This time i was a little bit disappointed because of a few factors. No welcome ammenities for a Platinum member. The room service menu was full of grease stains. No electric kettle (all three reported to recepcion). The breakfast looked tired and not too fresh. The room was nice and spacious ans clean. The staff was as nice as always (i feel honored they remember me)

The overall experience was simply great - probably the most pleasant stay at any Mercure hotel we have ever had. The staff was even friendlier and more customer focused than is usually the case, the room was very nice, the rooftop pool a nice touch and the dinner was excellent.

Clean and spacious room. Break breakfast with good options. Dinner is also great. All dishes are delicious. We ended up having 2 dinners at hotel 2 days in a row. Room for improvement: The pool should have opening time earlier or close later. Now, the opening time is not practical for tourists (10-18).

Housekeeping kept entering the room without knocking. Happened multiple times. Contacted the front desk but they couldn’t help at all. Very very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Did not offer any assistance to make the experience better. Apart from this, the cupboard door broke and fell apart. Could have hurt myself but luckily I didn’t. They didn’t seem to care and were very casual about this. As a fellow ACCOR employee, I expect way better and I will definitely be taking this further up.

On arrival, we were issued incorrect room keys on two separate occasions, which granted access to rooms that were already occupied. This represents a serious and unacceptable breach of guest privacy and security. Furthermore, despite our confirmed booking arrangements, we were required to share a room with two single beds with a friend, despite booking two rooms, which was inappropriate, uncomfortable, and not in line with the accommodation that had been booked and paid for. It was also evident that there was poor communication between members of staff, leading to repeated confusion and delays in resolving issues. Most concerning, however, was the handling of our personal belongings. Our items were moved into different rooms without our consent, without notification, and without any attempt to contact us, despite the hotel having our contact details. This is entirely unacceptable and raises serious concerns regarding the handling and security of guest property.
