Very Clean & Classy New Hotel. I deeply recommend this hotel. I am really impressed by the Good Managemet of the Hotel. All the employees are proud of working in this hotel, and trying to make the Guests feel good at their maximums. I believe this attitude of the personnel is because of the Good Management of the Hotel Director. Before I had the chance of meeting the Hotel Director Mr. Bülent Süzer, in a reservation problem, and I saw his Great Attitude how he Solved the Problem. And I see his great effect in the hotel. I am wishing my Best Wishes to them. And I strongly recommend this hotel for the people that want to stay in Tirana.

Great hotel but poor soundproofing

This hotel is a really beautiful place to relax and be inspired. The service I received was excellent, staff couldn't have done more for me. They were ALL very competent and friendly and made my stay very pleasant. Breakfast was good. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows that were too big for my spine alignment and the amount of noise I heard in my room. Sadly this is a huge issue because generally people are coming to hotels to sleep. If you can't sleep, for me it's game over. The soundproofing really should be better. I asked for a quiet room and I heard noise from everywhere. I think that during the week may be better as there are fewer people around.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and welcoming. Location is perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Dinner was even better. Highly recommended hotel.
