t. staff were truly exceptional, their attention to detail, hospitality, and customer service stood out to me. As a young black female, there is always this fear of passive-aggressive behaviour and hostility you may get when travelling to other countries. I never experienced any of that in Albania and this lady named Valbona (named after t. river) at t. Hotel made me feel very welcome. She always smiled and was willing to offer help when needed. I 100 percent recommend staying at t. Mercure Tirana Hotel. #GIVEVALBONAARAISE. She is a Star

The staff in the hotel are excellent and very hospitable, especially the daughter and mother that work there. I mean the young girl in the reception and her mother in the restaurant. They were exceptionally great. I have never come across such nice people in any hotel I have been in Europe.

I found almost all the members of staff were very friendly and willing to help the guests. Although the location was outside the city centre and not so attractive e in terms of neighbourhood, it was actually practical due to proximity to one of the major bus terminals.

I had a short stay but email Communication before arrival was great. Check in associate was very friendly and helpful. Not much to improve. As you know the location of the hotel is nice on the way from airport to center of town but otherwise the area along the busy highway is not good. Not much you can do about it.
