New hotel in Tirana with excellent staff

I found almost all the members of staff were very friendly and willing to help the guests. Although the location was outside the city centre and not so attractive e in terms of neighbourhood, it was actually practical due to proximity to one of the major bus terminals.

I had a short stay but email Communication before arrival was great. Check in associate was very friendly and helpful. Not much to improve. As you know the location of the hotel is nice on the way from airport to center of town but otherwise the area along the busy highway is not good. Not much you can do about it.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Mercure Tirana. The facilities were clean and modern, the staff were exceptionally friendly and the breakfast selection surpassed our expectations. The only drawback was the location, as the hotel is situated adjacent to a busy road.
