We stayed at this hotel as a group of 11 from London, and we were all very happy with our experience. The hotel is modern, very clean, and beautifully maintained. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms were all excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Valbona from the restaurant, who took great care of us every day, she was very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay here again if we visit to Albania again. Highly recommended 👌🏻

I enjoyed my stay at Mercure Tirana, I arrived very early and team was super helpful and able to get me an early check in!! They also arranged my airport transfer and the room was nice and clean!

The hotel is clean, but has a dark feeling. Not a lot of natural light. The pool and amenities were closed which was not disclosed on any of their platforms. The rooms are not sound proof and you are right next to the highway. If you are a light sleeper then it’s not for you. Staff were stoic and unfriendly.

Room was comfort but swimming pool not open. There was not any announcement or warning for the closing pool. My initial purpose to stay was to enjoy pool
