We had a wonderful stay at the MGallery Green Coast. The resort is beautifully designed, in a stunning location, and the high-quality materials and attention to detail create a very special atmosphere. Overall, the service was very good and the staff were friendly and attentive. At times, however, there seemed to be limited staff available in the evenings, particularly due to the numerous events taking place at the beach. On several occasions, the main restaurant was closed because of private events, leaving the pool bar as the only dinner option. We shared this feedback during our stay and really appreciated how quickly the team responded and proactively informed us about upcoming events afterwards. Unfortunately, our room was not properly clean upon arrival, especially the floor. The team took care of this promptly after we reported it, which we appreciated. We also really enjoyed the small touches throughout our stay, such as the apricot chocolates during turndown service. These details made the experience feel thoughtful and personal. One small suggestion regarding the raw seafood platter: it would be great to provide a small bowl of water with lemon so guests can rinse their fingers after eating the shellfish. Finally, the breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and particularly warm and friendly service from the breakfast team. Overall, a beautiful resort with a lot of attention to quality and detail. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated how seriously and quickly our feedback was taken.

Upscale accommodation but service levels below expectation, not reflecting 5* standards. New resort, exclusive however smoking in public spaces incl. restaurants/breakfast, beach make the experience unsatisfactory for non-smoking guest. At the check-in we received a downgraded room than initially booked, AC did not work, phone did not work either. Although we were 3 guests, the room was not prepared for 3 guests (missing towels, bathrobe, slippers, glass, cup, water).Only after repetitive calls at the reception and an official complain, on the second day the front office manager Mr. Edisson was able to fix the problem, upgrade one of the rooms and provide late check-out as compensation. We appreciated his listenting skills and customer first approach.

This hotel has been absolutely fabulous. I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are brilliant and have been so kind and helpful. The beach and other restaurants (there are many) along the promenade are also fabulous. The Mountain View’s are truly spectacular (better than the French Rivera) The hotel is Very clean and well maintained. It has Great food, wonderful breakfast included with many local specialities. The greater Green Coast development will be world class when complete. But when staying at the Hotel, you don’t even see any of the other development going on further up the hill.

I had a wonderful stay at Green Coast, especially as a solo traveller. What really stood out was the warmth and respectfulness of the entire team. From the bell boys and reception to the restaurant and bar staff, everyone was genuinely kind, attentive and always willing to help. This level of personal service is something I haven’t always experienced, even at other five-star hotels. A special thank you to Xhulja, who arranged all my activities and taxis without any hassle and was always happy to make calls or help whenever I needed something. Also a special mention to Autumn at the bar, who was always welcoming and made the experience even more enjoyable. A big thank you as well to Fuzail, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. After a small issue with ants in my original room, he immediately helped resolve it and arranged an upgrade to a beautiful room, which I really appreciated. There were also several other team members whose names I unfortunately didn’t catch, particularly one of the gentlemen working in the restaurant in the evenings, who was always incredibly kind and welcoming. The same goes for the bell boys, reception and restaurant team in general — the warmth and respectfulness really seemed to run throughout the entire hotel. Green Coast itself is a beautiful place with an incredible setting, but it was really the people who made the experience memorable. As a solo traveller, I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout my entire stay. I would happily return.

The Green Coast Hotel is part of a very big development along the Albanian Riviera. The hotel itself is beautiful and private. It has a stunning pool and a private beach area. The hotel food is honestly very good, which is needed considering its location. The breakfast was a particular highlight with a vast fresh selection. We visited in September and the surrounding bars / restaurants were empty and there wasn’t a vibe at all. Lastly considering the premium you pay for the accommodation and the lack of any other options parking should be included in the rate.

We stayed at Green Coast Hotel from 3 to 6 September, from Thursday to Sunday. This was not our first visit — we have stayed here several times before — and once again we had a very positive experience. What we appreciate most about Green Coast is the combination of the location, the quality of the hotel and the level of service. The sea is exceptionally clear, the surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel has a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The buggy service is also very well organised and makes moving around the resort easy and comfortable. Breakfast with the sea view remains one of the highlights of staying here, and we also enjoyed our dinners very much. The food, the setting and the overall atmosphere make the experience feel special without being overly formal. Having visited Green Coast several times, we can say that the hotel has maintained a consistently high standard. We enjoyed this stay very much and will certainly return again.

Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The hotel, the room, the cleanliness, the service, the atmosphere, and especially the staff were amazing. Everything was taken care of with so much attention to detail, which made our stay truly special and relaxing. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay and everything was excellent, from the beautiful hotel and comfortable rooms to the overall atmosphere\. The key highlight for us was definitely the staff—everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help\. They truly made our stay special, and we would highly recommend this hotel\!

The rooms and overall location probably live up to this hotel’s 5-star status, especially given that it is one of the few luxury hotels along the Albanian Riviera. However, the hospitality and warmth fell short of expectations—which, unfortunately, seems to be a broader issue along the coast. For a hotel of this caliber, the staff would benefit from more training to match the property’s luxury positioning and to be more attentive and responsive to guests, especially at its beach bar. The overall experience was still good, with a beautiful beach and stunning sunset views. The restaurants along the boardwalk were also a great added advantage, offering convenient dining options within easy reach. Overall, a beautiful property in a fantastic location, but the service and guest experience need improvement to truly deliver on its 5-star promise.

My experience at M Gallery Hotel was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful, elegant, and comfortable, with excellent service and attention to detail. I truly enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again!

Breathtaking views, amazing food, goode vibes, nice people!

Bliss Bar & Room Service food was outstanding. Views from the room were perfect. Housekeeping cleaned the room promptly everyday - we appreciated the in room snacks/treats for us. Pool was very clean and warm making it comfortable to swim. There were many chairs on the beach which made it easy to enjoy it. Lots of smokers/smoking was a downside but that is cultural. We did not appreciate the loud music that was played on Saturday night until midnight. Way too loud for families with young children trying to sleep.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Green Coast, but there are several areas where we believe the hotel could significantly improve the guest experience. We particularly missed having an adults-only swimming pool and bar area, where guests looking for a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere could spend time without the noise and disruption that inevitably comes with the presence of children. Given the positioning and standard of the hotel, we feel that a dedicated adults-only space would be a very welcome addition. We were also surprised by how noticeably small the room was, particularly the sleeping area. The space around the beds felt very cramped and was below what we would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. Finally, we found the breakfast experience poorly organised. The breakfast room is simply too small for the number of guests using it, particularly at peak times. It became extremely crowded, making it difficult even to move around the room comfortably or access the buffet. Better management of breakfast capacity, or a larger breakfast area, would considerably improve the experience.
