Amazing 5-star experience! The hotel was beautiful, clean, close to the beach. The staff was the best, very professional and kind. The room was spacious with stunning views, and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel looks new, the facilities are excellent, and the location is very convenient. However, the service didn’t quite match the nightly rate they are charging. A few areas for improvement: 1.Breakfast – I was asked for my room number but wasn’t shown to a table; I just grabbed one myself. For the à la carte menu, I had to track down a staff member to take my order, and even then they weren’t sure who could help me. A smoother process would be having a host show guests to a table, explain the menu and ordering process, and assign a server. 2. Transport to parking – Waiting for a buggy at 9 PM took longer than expected. For a five-star hotel, faster service would be appreciated, especially since the hotel wasn’t fully booked. 3. Beach service – It took multiple presses of the service button before anyone came to assist. 4.Welcome drinks – When I asked about my two welcome drinks, the staff had no idea what they were and directed me to the front desk. These drinks are part of the app’s offer, so guests shouldn’t have to go on a “mission” to find out how to use them.

Our hostess currently takes the room number and accompanies guests to tables where she also offers the breakfast egg menu. As the breakfast is buffet style, guests have access to the buffet with all information regarding each dish prepared by our culinary team. Transport & Beach Service: Prompt service is a cornerstone of our resort. We are addressing the delays you experienced with both our buggy transport and beach service buttons with our team to ensure faster response times, regardless of occupancy levels. Welcome Drinks: You are entirely right redeeming your voucher. However, currently we do proceed with physical vouchers provided by the Front Desk as the voucher numbers are input in the system. We appreciate your constructive insights, which help us refine our operations. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future for a flawless luxury experience. The rooms were very nice and absolutely clean, the morning breakfast was very vast and very delicious, the staff was very welcoming , polite and really precise. However we had some trouble with the beach bar/restaurant service as it was extremely delayed both the drinks (especially water) and the food which we ordered but we didnt it due to the extra delay. Everything else was perfect. Would definitely visit again if the beach part is resolved as it is a very important detail for my summer vacation. Be well and see you
