One of the only true 5* hotels in the Albania coast. Stunning decor and breath taking view. The rooms were flawless, clean and great room service. Not busy, ample space for sub bathing. Attentive staff. Improvements: - making it Child only - improving bar / lunch food menu - having a Non smoking area at restaurant

Overall, I was very excited to be at the Mgallery with my family. Love coming to Albania and hoping the service continues to improve somehow. The gentleman who was a manager at the front desk from Toronto was phenomenal, respectful and all of the above. A couple of the young ladies, one at concierge and one working at front desk the day didnt have the same customer service etiquette. I thought I was renting a car from one of the rent a car centers and I believe that the vehicle "delivered" came from the one of your employees at the front. Breakfast was ok but place was a bit small and could have used just a little bit more of a variety. This may just be a personal preference. The staff during breakfast was 10/10. Absolutely phenomenal and extremely respectful. Bar downstairs had some great people and some who didnt value service as much. By the beach and in other areas could have used overall better service but hopefully it gets there. Rooms were good. Overall, I would say that its a bit far from a 5 star experience especially with water coming into our room and affecting our luggages. On top of that, service needs improvement, food needs improvement but did appreciate seeing the people who really cared. If I could leave anyone reading with something that I think I see in great customer service, hopefully you take it well. No before yes should not be in the MGallery dictionary and unfortunately it was. All of the questions we asked were easy to say yes to or find a solution. Having to hear NO before you even think about the question long enough was not good service.

At the same time, I am truly sorry that certain elements of your stay did not reflect the consistent Luxury experience we strive for. The incident with water entering your room was due to a technical error during heavy rain as a new property this was the first time that we have faced as well and our engineering team has already addressed this to prevent any recurrence. Regarding breakfast, you are correct that space is currently limited we are working on expanding the restaurant for next season to offer a more spacious setup with greater variety. We also take your remarks about service very seriously. Every guest interaction should be guided by care, attentiveness, and finding solutions, not by defaulting to “no.” This mindset is being reinforced with our teams through additional training and coaching, as we want to ensure our service culture is always proactive and guest oriented. Your feedback on the car rental experience and the variation in service quality across outlets is equally valuable, and we are carefully reviewing these points to strengthen both professionalism and consistency.
