However, we are sorry that some parts of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the swimming pool, it is not heated and is designed to be enjoyed during the warmer days, especially in the summer. That said, we completely understand your point, and we will share your suggestion about heating the pool with the responsible team for consideration.
