Regarding the decor, we would like to inform you that we already have a renovation planned for next year, which will include the modernization of the apartments, bringing even more comfort and a renewed experience to our guests. Regarding sustainable actions, we would like to clarify that the hotel follows practices in line with Green Key certification, focusing on reducing environmental impacts. We use flow reducers in showers, sinks, and bidets in all areas of the hotel, 100% LED lighting for energy savings, and we properly dispose of light bulbs, batteries, and electronic waste through certified companies. Our cleaning products and paints are water-based, less harmful to the environment, and we prioritize the use of non-single-use plastic materials, such as paper or bamboo disposables. In the rooms, we also encourage the conscious use of water through information signs about the exchange of linens and towels. We appreciate your feedback, which is essential for our continuous improvement, and we hope to welcome you back soon for a new experience with us.
