. qualité d'accueil variable d'un personnel à l'autre . je faisais partie d'une réservation de 4 chambres + espaces séminaires et aucune des chambres n'a été accessible à notre arrivée (vol long courrier suivi d'une journée de travail), in fine douche proposée dans l'espace sportif mais pas de serviette . rechargement des bouteilles d'eau et tisane pas fait spontanément . serviettes de toilette changées systématiquement alors que ce n'était pas nécessaire ni demandé . une applique de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas

personnel agréable, hôtel charmant mais quelques problèmes avec le service de nettoyage apparement

The fact that your room was not prepared upon arrival, and that it was not cleaned the following day despite your requests, falls far below the standard we aim to provide. This is clearly not a five stars hotel and not worth the price Rooms are basic Service is at minimum level We are extremely far from 5 stars They want to force you to accept that they copy your credit card details
