Friendly staff very good location to all the tourist spots walking time between half to one hour . Continental breakfast not much choice, the only thing that fault our stay was that the air conditioner wall controller was not working , so our room was stifled and uncomfortable to sleep in

Noise from Le Royal Bergere disturbed our sleep on both nights. The "air conditioning" was not air conditioning. It only heats or blows out air at the same temperature which means that rooms are too hot (even in May) so you have to sleep with the windows open. We asked for a fan, but there wasn't any. On both Saturday and Sunday night we could hear music and people shouting outside in the street from Royal Bergere. It was impossible to sleep until at least 2am when it stopped. This completely spoilt our trip as we were very tired during the daytime. The room was very small, and the decor not very good - Ibis Styles have much better decor in the UK. The breakfast was good, but on both mornings the milk smelt bad. The staff were friendly, and the location was good but I would not recommend people to stay here because of the noise. Also, the street is closed for extensive roadworks.

Well equipped, clean room; friendly staff; very good breakfast and excellent location. In any other city I would say it was a little overpriced- but this is Paris. I would stay again and recommend to others.

In generally, I am happy stayed.

Joli Hôtel dans une rue calme, hôtel refait à neuf, Séjour avec notre petit fils, il a apprécié notre chambre sous les toits.Une mention particulière à Kendra e Axel, pour leur accueil avec professionnalisme mais surtout une gentillesse hors norme.Plus d'un établissement aimerait avoir ces deux collaborateurs.Sans oublier leurs collègues quelque soit le poste.Je présume que la direction est très fière de son équipe.
