Worst Accor hotel ever.

Staff is horrible. I don’t understand what the arrogance is about. Room had mold and no warm water (we had it once for 30 seconds). Sent them an email about it months ago and never got an answer. I’ve been an Accor member for a while now. Not what I’m used to from Accor. The location was good and the breakfast was okay but everything else was below what I’m used to from Accor.

We were able to get a good nights sleep, we all enjoyed our breakfast. The only thing I would change would be the positioning of the toilet roll holders.

We did not have an experience. We booked the hotel through our travel agency, from 24 till 29 may and because you with an overbooking we only stay the fisrt night. We have no rooms. Besides, we paid to the agency and then you charged our credit card and the credit card of the trabel agency again to guarantee the only night we stay. The staff is arrogant. Won' t come back for sure and won't recommend it.
