I wasn’t satisfied with house keeping . I had to call several times to remember them !! Once with ironing machine and the other day with the compliment water !!

Best hotel ever so clean and smells like heaven amazing!! First when you walk in in the lobby smells amazing and the room smells amazing as well and I love how they welcome you the first day when you enter the room with dessert and music on tv it was really amazing hotel and the staff are amazing as well

We booked this hotel from Accor App. Check in process is fast and the room is clean and big. Room service is nice. the location of the hotel is good. it's 10 minutes walk to Dubai Mall.
