all went well and very comfortable stay of three nights just want to add some suggestion regarding tv if you can add netflix on tv which will be more relaxing for tourists because they can watch with their languages moives dramas etc

We were very satisfied with our one-night stay at the hotel. Despite making a last-minute booking, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room was comfortable and spacious enough for the three of us, and breakfast was enjoyable. Unfortunately, due to a heavy snowstorm upon arrival, we didn’t have the chance to explore the surrounding area. We’re definitely planning to return next winter. It would be even better if the hotel could offer a complimentary transfer from Bursa town as part of its customer service.
