Wonderful staff. only complain is some towels that were put on the floor to be replaced for fresh ones were again put up and not replaced for fresh ones. bed linens where not changed in our entire stay.

Great Location, Great Facility, A bit strict with schedule during stay, Water pressure not great

Location was great, close to everything during the holidays, view over the park is really nice and still very quiet. Room was clean, modern, comfortable and well appointed, however the water pressure was terrible. Maybe that was luck during our visit, but showers were not great. During the visit, but even before arriving, it was stressful to be constantly pressured to set dinner, breakfast, and spa reservations every day. It got in the way of my relaxation and being on a true holiday. The spa also ended up being busy and there was a constant awkward rotation of using facilities between all the couples that were there. Took a lot of the point, a lot of the relaxation out of it. Those are a few points to watch out for, and for the hotel to mitigate, but otherwise the stay was great.

We were blown away on every level. It exceeded our expectations. Not only did Leanne go above and beyond mailing our cards but also printed our train tickets. Then when the lobby was out of apple cider she had 2 hot cups of it delivered to our room! The shower and beds were magical. The view from our room just lovely. The turndown service was devine! Our only regret was staying 1 night. We missed out on the spa and would love to indulge in that next time.

well located delicious breakfast highly restricted SPA-Time, especially for Kids

Dear Sir, We thank you for your review following your stay at l'Esquisse. We are pleased to read that you enjoyed your experience and the quality of our breakfast. However, I am aware of your disappointment regarding the access to the Spa for children. Our Spa is first and foremost a space dedicated to the calm and rest of our guests, and we favor the least busy times so that children can still enjoy the water areas, which is therefore between 08:00 and 10:00. Please note that your comments remain an essential axis of improvement in order to offer you an ever more qualitative service.
