Excellent Location & Good Stay

The hotel location is excellent. The hotel it is not in the center, but it was few steps from Noord Station that is 10 mins away from the Central Station that provided us with very easy access to Amsterdam Center & Day Trips providers. The hotel is relatively new and very clean. The room size is good but our main concern was the bed size. We booked a double bedroom due to lack of twin bedrooms. The double bed is queen size, and it is quite small and not very comfortable. Luca was very supportive and he moved us to a bigger room with twin beds but we noticed that even the twin beds are small but we managed. We also had an issue with the hotel chat when we reported a shower defect and it was not addressed (no phones are provided in the hotel). After following up, we were contacted through WhatsApp and issue was solved. Also, we were unable to control the AC temperature so the room was warm sometimes. This was not a big issue as we stayed during winter but it can be an issue during summer.

New hotel near metro station. Good comfortable stay. Beds are long and mirror are high for asian height, really dutch!..some areas are dusty not well cleaned. I like the door latch for security purpose. Hotel restaurant not appealing, only 1 food court nearby.

Prime location, 50 metres from the north/south line metro and in 4 minutes in the heart of Amsterdam. Lovely large rooms, good beds, nice bathroom with excellent shower and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended, just a pity that the air conditioning did not work properly at night and it was very hot in the room.

Easy to get around by subway!

The hotel was fresh, rooms were clean and modern and spacious. The location just beside the North station was very convenient, as it was really easy to get anywhere in Amsterdam by subway. There is nothing around the hotel, but it was very easy to get to restaurants or shops or sights by public transport. The hotel is great, but breakfast is only ok, and quite expensive as well.

The bedroom was a great size for 3 people and the beds were so comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds found in a hotel that I’ve experienced. Close to restaurants and a grocery store. Right next to the metro station.. Very quiet and way to get in and out of downtown Amsterdam and central train station
