The hotel itself is pleasant, clean, and conveniently located. However, I was denied early check-in without explanation.

I have stayed with you several times and it is a comfortable and accessible hotel. The only comment I have is that the breakfast is not as good as it used to be. Poor bread and the food usually cold.
