I had a perfect stay at this hotel. It was clean, tidy, well-maintained and very comfortable. Equipped perfectly for my combined work-and-leisure trip, and the staff were professional, friendly and supportive, allowing me to practice my terrible language skills, whilst being ready to pick up in English where I got lost in in Ukrainian.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a hotel located in the city center. Convenient access from the train station by public transport. Good soundproofing. What could be improved: add the ability to open windows, make different switches for lighting levels, improve the quality of the pillows - they are too soft.

The service at the nearby Ibis Styles Hotel is significantly better. We had to leave at 6:00 a.m.; there was no breakfast, no goody bag, and they even made us pay for a cup of coffee—and only after some grumbling (even though breakfast was included in our rate). It’s a completely different story at the other Ibis Hotel in Lviv.

We would like to clarify that breakfast at our hotel starts at 8:00 a.m., therefore it was not available at the time of your departure at 6:00 a.m. Additionally, no breakfast box or takeaway breakfast had been requested in advance for your stay. Regarding the coffee, outside of breakfast hours beverages are prepared and served at the bar and are therefore charged separately according to the hotel's policy. We appreciate your comments and will use them to improve communication with our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide a more satisfying experience. Our room was clean, modern and quiet. The location of the hotel put all the main sites of Lviv in easy reach on foot or by public transport. Breakfast was relaxed, with a good choice of options. The staff were professional, welcoming and helpful.

I was very happy with my stay at the Ibis Lviv Centre. It is well located with helpful staff. The room was very quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable. It had almost everything I needed - breakfast with a variety of food types and a luggage room. The only item missing was a kettle to make a cup of tea or coffee but the restaurant at reception can provide hot and cold drinks.

I was travelling to Lviv due to HR conference, and stayed at this hotel. Good breakfast options (croissants were amazing), great staff members, noise isolation from the street were also very nice.
