I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to choose from, and the coffee was outstanding. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the individual approach to each guest — it truly made the experience feel personalized. The location is also fantastic, with everything you need within easy reach. Highly recommend!

Our family stay was absolutely wonderful! Everything was perfectly organized, from the room setup to the family activities. The staff was kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. It was one of the best experiences we’ve had — comfortable, relaxing. Highly recommended for families!

Nice location, decent breakfast, though the coffee could be better. The room was clean, but cold. The AC wasn't working well and couldn't warm the tiny room. What really upset me was the lack of basic necessities - I wasn't prepared to be left without a kettle, tea/coffee, and toothpaste. It seems small, but it's so important. Overall, I had a good experience, but these small things make a difference.

At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Our AC works centralized and only for heating or cooling, additionally it has constant air ventilation to always have fresh air inside the room. Unfortunately, during your stay the system still worked in summer mode and that could be the reason why it was colder than usual in the room. Small room amenities like toothpaste you may have absolutely for free on demand, just ask our team. Next time we recommend you our Family rooms, it has kettke and tea inside. Please be assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
