The hotel is well located. Personnel are very hospitable especially receptionists and security guards which made my stay very pleasant. The cleanliness could be improved. I found some hair just after check in and during my stay my room wasn’t well cleaned sometimes.

It was a nice staying in the centre of Lviv. I do appreciate Marta's help and support during check-in at the reception desk. She made my day! I would like to mention the comfortable room and delicious breakfast. You definitely will love the location of the hotel as it is easy to look around the city center and enjoy it a lot. Ibis team, you are great! Looking forward to staying at this hotel next time.
