Only two points to note. 1. We wanted a non smoking room but they were unavailable. 2. The bathroom sink tap is not aligned, causing spillage all over the counter and floor.

Well-located property offering comfortable accommodation suited to business travellers. The buffet breakfast is of good quality with ample selection. Rates are reasonable relative to the standard provided. Staff are notably friendly and service-oriented.

The service from reception, all the restaurants and houskeeping were exceptional. A special thank you to Khamis, who could not have been more helpful and his service was over and above. Pawani was also exceptionally helpful in the restaurant. I was very impressed!!

1. During checkin there was no mention of breakfast inclusion, we had to show our booking and almost after 15 minutes the staff allowed us free breakfast based on our booking but it was not showing in thier system. 2. Even though we are platinum members we were charged for late checkout at 6 , first 13 rial was quoted when we enquired from the room and when we went to pay they asked us to pay 15 rial was asked. It is a small difference, but all this above shows that your booking system is broken or the staff just makes up thier mind on go, about should we allow free breakfast, how much should we charge for late check out. 3. The breakfast was good. 4. The mirror in the bathroom was old and discoloured 5. Smart tv is not there in the room, today everyone likes watching netflix , amazon, you tube. 6. Also for pre authroization for room service they wanted to block 200 rials for 4 nights which i thought was very steep. I was ready to authorize upto 50 rials and also told them if the billing is more I will pay at check out. This made me feel that you do not trust your frequent customers, that they will make balance payment at check out. 7. The staff was otherwise courteous and well mannered.
