Dear Ms. R., Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Fairmont Windsor Park. We appreciate your compliment about our facilities, but I am disappointed that your stay fell short of your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by teh air conditionning not working in your room and yoru poor service experience in our 1215 bar.
