Top quality hotel. Attractive lobby bar and restaurant. Great team on the bar when I visited each afternoon. Wide variety and good quality items at breakfast. Housekeeping always helpful. Comfortable rooms. Top quality service from all the team. The hotel is a 25 minute walk to city centre. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive. Cafe bars and supermarkets near by.

Service in restaurant very poor. One person helpful but others not good and twice had to go find one to take order then again to pay. This is same as food was good

Dear Colin, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the food. We are sorry, however, that the restaurant service did not meet your expectations. Your visit was during a particularly busy period, and unfortunately this resulted in longer waiting times than we would normally aim for. We understand that having to look for a team member both to place your order and again to arrange payment is frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Your comments have been shared with our restaurant team so that we can improve our service during peak periods and ensure guests are attended to more promptly. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Mercure Prishtina City

A little bit outside of the centre of Prishtina, but in a good, modern, new neighbourhood with lots of shops and grocery stores. A quick taxi ride to downtown, it is conveniently located. The hotel is fresh, new, modern and well designed, the room was also new with a chic design (however the design wood columns were a little bit loose). Easy parking downstairs or outside, good breakfast.
