We had a truly wonderful stay at the Mercure Pristina. A really modern hotel and by far the best Mercure I've ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally good, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Parking was also very straightforward.

Service in restaurant very poor. One person helpful but others not good and twice had to go find one to take order then again to pay. This is same as food was good

I can't say enough about this hotel - the staff were amazing, the hotel is beautiful (clean, modern, all amenities) and location excellent. I would stay here again anytime. The rooms are spacious, modern, bed is extremely comfortable and best of all, rooms had AC!

A little bit outside of the centre of Prishtina, but in a good, modern, new neighbourhood with lots of shops and grocery stores. A quick taxi ride to downtown, it is conveniently located. The hotel is fresh, new, modern and well designed, the room was also new with a chic design (however the design wood columns were a little bit loose). Easy parking downstairs or outside, good breakfast.
