The hotel is neaighbour to a shopping mall, which is not bad. Almost in the centrum, just a bit far (15 minutes walking) to the old town. Friendly staff. No parking problem as far as you request a "connect" between parking card and the room key. Breakfast is sufficient with a few alternatives from the local producers.

The hotel is located right next to a mall, so the area is quite busy. Central location in Tetovo. The hotel is advertised as a five star property. While the rooms and the staff are really nice, a five star hotel should have spa-wellness area... The meeting rooms are OK, but lack some attention from the staff in order to run a proper meeting. Overall, I had a great stay, but some adjustments should be made that reflect the true list of services and amenities.
