I had a comfortable stay at Novotel. It was 7 minutes walk away from my conference venue,, and I had a comfortable and clean room. I used the gym facilities, which I enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I always choose Novotel for the beautiful and comfortable rooms also for the nice location and view. Unfortunately, this time I stayed for ten days but I wasn't given a nice room with a nice view. The manager is always nice and helpful but the receptionist with glasses and blonde hair was not helpful and when I reserved she gave me a price but when I came back to book and stay, she gave me another price which was almost £100 extra. I hate the place when I remember her. I wish I could meet the manager before I meet her. She was really strict and didn't smile. The manager smiles and convince with a very polite attitude.
