Overall a beautifully clean hotel. All staff very friendly and welcoming. Good location on edge of city near to motorways. Breakfast very good. Moans - waiting staff didnt clear our table while eating breakfast on any of our four mornings. Built up a nasty pile of dirty dishes in front of us. Waiting staff not attentive to tables. Due to lack of staff attention all the guests had to borrow cutlery and crockery from adjacent tables. Not a good look.

Stayed here as a couple for 2 nights. Rooms lovely and clean and the breakfast was excellent. Car park was only couple of mins away too. Would definitely stay again

Hotel building is excellent. Friendly staff. Barman was great. Loved the room. Unfortunately on both mornings, my pre booking details weren't provided to the breakfast staff and I had to show them a confirmation email even though I booked and paid in advance and one of your staff emailed to confirm this before I arrived. My eggs, bacon and hash browns were also cold

We use this hotel almost monthly for all of our visits to Liverpool. Great hotel, love staying here! The negative is it is a little out of town so something to bear in mind for other visitors.
