It was such a lovely hotel, last minute booking (same day) and they made sure it was a lovely one for us. Tom was exceptional because he made sure I was calm after another accommodation cancelled booking 1hr to check in time. He gave complimentary drink cos it was my birthday next day. Daniela(receptionist) was also friendly and helpful, they made sure I had a good birthday relaxation stay at the hotel. All the staff members at the bar are so friendly and polite, willing to go beyond especially Bridget(thanks for been so kind not only to us but we observed you do the same for others) The rooms were is clean, environment so clean and beautiful. We will definitely be going back.

Happy generally with the room, enough hanging space for a 2 night stay (I always over-pack). Slept well - nice firm mattress. Only downside was a wet room rather than a shower cubicle.

First time I had visited the hotel. Very nice, hotel which was located close to the conference venue. The hotel facilities were good as was the breakfast
