My credit card was charged without my permission. I forgot my kindle and it was not returned to me. The morning receptionist was mean, rude and hung up on me when I complained about my credit card. My bank blocked the attempt.

Your booking website was tricky. The dates changed automatically somehow and we booked wrong date. Then we were unable to change the date. Reception said it was not possible, so we had to pay again. We were most unhappy to pay twice.

Nice clean hotel, basic no refrigerator & when asked for ice bucket was refused. Accor membership not recognised & had to purchase small bottles of water . Breakfast was good

In an iffy residential area. Whilst in an Ibis Hotel car parking space my car was severely vandalised overnight. With two smashed windows. So, my advice is, if you travel by car don't stay at Ibis Tours c"entre, Giraudeau.
