GREAT STAYING PLACE JUST RECEPTION GETS OVERCROWDED AT TIMES

My first stay on oct 13th was ok, but my next reservation the following week was cancelled with no warning.

After reviewing the case, it appears the booking was automatically cancelled because the credit card provided could not be authorized. Your reception counter is cluttered with documents, give a bad impression. Your carpets in the hallways are not clean, for a new facility. I do not want to imagine how it will be in 12 months from now.
