Il y avait beaucoup trop de coupure Électriques dans la chambre. Ce qui a énormément perturbé my online meetings. And yes, maybe a client was smoking in a room and the alert was released at 06am advising us to leave immediatly. After checking it was kind of a mistake, but it would really be wise and professionnal to communicate back by the same way that either it was a mistake or the situation is under control. Letting all of us to come down, frightened and telling us that the manager told the personal not to comminicate back and leave the situation like that was very very upsetting. As a high level hotel, there must be a thousand ways to communicate directly into rooms . Thanks.
