Good facilities, but still has teething problems

The amenities were good, but as a new hotel, there are still some teething problems. The room service menu wasn't in the room, and there were errors when I made requests. What I thought I ordered wasn’t what I received. The food at the first-floor restaurant, specifically the oxtail, was undercooked and inedible. Additionally, the lift was out of service during the first week of the hotel’s official opening and remained so for my entire stay. Power outages occurred regularly so much one night all i could do was sleep as there was no light and requests for assistance weren't met. For a 4-star international hotel, one would expect a generator or some sort of backup power system. I hope the teething problems are addressed as the location is great and this should be a great place to stay as with other hotels in the group.
