Good quality of foods in restaurant, no phone working, no good induction about at the arrival in order to avoid disturbance anytime with payment of invoices. The receptionist could tell me to give him a deposit and all invoices will be cutting in.

The room decor was very hold, the bin did not have a cover. I had to ask for towels and the cleaning time is very late. I had to ask the cleaners to clean my room.

Covid probably got worst out of service. Reception was good, o q, paperwork for check in was ready when arrived. Room seemed neglected with stains on ceiling, miniature tv which did not work, toilet got blocked. Meals... no handsanitiser by waiter so if you forgot yours there was no spare to dish out... sat outside, mossies bit to pieces.. again no repelant handy, then they allowed a roving whore to sit outside which tried to make eyecontact while I had meal, ignored her... tbone was 2 small very tough chucksteaks which was not rare as asked. Breakfast was weird with two plates placed in front you... no choice...latte ordered was a plain cocfee. Not a good experience and wont recommend staying in your hotel until numbers are up and Service can be attended to. Good luck

Disappointing stay

I have stayed numerous times at the hotel but this time way a disappointing experience. We booked into a suite for the main reason it has a Jacuzzi bath. The bath had no hot water. The maintenance man came out and despite his efforts was unable to get the bath sorted out. We were the relocated to another suite. This time the Jacuzzi did not work. After running the bath the entire bathroom flooded as there was a leak. The maintenance man came out again to the second room now and despite his efforts was unable to get the bath sorted out. The television in the main bedroom also did not work. Nonetheless, we stayed the night. The following morning we complained again to the reception, they then transferred us to yet another room. Here finally after having to move 3 times to 3 different rooms the problem was finally solved. The menu I feel is lacking in variety as was the breakfast. If I compare to previous stays it was a bitter disappointment. One would expect that during the lock down period maintenance would have been conducted to ensure all is in proper working order before reopening. The staff tried their best to accommodate but I find it unacceptable that that though only staying two nights we had to move three times. No offer was made to reduce the premium on the room or any other alternative despite not having the full use of what we paid for. The suite is charged at a high premium and as such one would expect better service.

Apart the early booking and the good price I was granted, which I appreciate, there are some stuff to review in the accommodation: Bed sheets had ink stains, no fridge, no way to switch the TV on, the bathroom needs to be better cleaned. The breakfast is very good and there are plenty options.

The hotel is nicely built and I enjoyed the experience of lodging at Pullman. Though in general food is expensive but its worthy it. Unfortunately the safe was not working in room 206. The fault was reported but never got repaired for the whole period of our stay.

the carpet in the bedroom had never been vacuumed and there were signs of mold. it gave off a dust that made me sick. I had to change rooms from the first level to the fifth without change and on my return flight two other customers complained of the same problem. there is an emergency to correct

I was disappointed that I lost a small keyboard for my iPAD. I thought maybe forgot it at home. I looked for it at my arrival and could not find it. I recalled taking it with me, so it was taken from my room. I think it was taken from the room. Please ask the lady who cleaned my room if she did not take it.

The hotel in itself is good, the rooms are clean but some lighting (light bulbs) were not working, some staff members are just flat out rude while others will go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible, the check-in, checkout process is kind of slow so more staff should be at reception otherwise it's a nice hotel.
