Room is ok. Aircon didn't work. Carpet wet where aircon leaked water. Extractor fan in bathroom stayed on through the night. One light in bathroom burned out. Black marks round the light fitting. Breakfast great variety.

Probably the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Paid for a suite. Virtually nothing worked: broken furniture, broken fittings, TVs not working and no help from staff. Total rip off. Avoid this place. And it is completely overpriced by a factor of 5.

It was the worst Hotel experience ever. We booked a room that should contain two different beds but we got one bed. The sink was leaking water when we arrived, The A/C was not working for all five nights we stayed in the hotel, your hotel receptionist named PAUL kept lying to us that the A/C was not working due to the hotel being in generator but in reality after three days we were told that the A/C was not working. There was some mould growing in the side of the room

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. We would like to share some important information regarding your review. Lubumbashi’s area is dealing with an important deficit of power supply. SNEL, which is the national electricity company, is facing two important challenges: 1) Due to lack of water in rivers, the hydroelectric power plants are not able to work on their full capacity. 2) 2 out of 3 supplying lines (low and medium voltages) are under reparations and upgrade works. Unfortunately, all this has an impact on our daily operations; on daytime, we have to face too many power failures. Our generators are on their maximum loading capacity but they cannot absorb and compensate our entire needs. Mainly, it creates dysfunctions on air A/C system. Around 7.30 pm, we should normally be back on the national electric network. At that time and after a short of period, temperature in your room should improve. Overnight, power supply should be normal. We are very sorry for these discomforts, and we are continuously looking to find alternatives and improvements to the overall situation. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future.
