I did enjoy my stay at the hotel based on the location and the prestige of the hotel however there some points i would like to bring t your attention. I stayed in room 501 for 6 nights, when facing the bed, the right hand side of the mattress was really bad. You can't spend 10 mins on that side. As I was a solo travel, I decided to sleep on the left side which was better. As a business traveller spending the whole day in the field, the breakfast is quite an important element to manage however during the week I spent there I was advised that it is not allowed to take away some croissant or muffins that I can snack on during the day because of the hotel policy. On the day of departure, I had an early flight and the day before I was advised that there will be a take away breakfast station for early travelers which I expected to work as it is at other hotels where they prepare a take away box or wrap for you but on the day, I was presented with a basket of croissant without anything else, no butter, jam or ham, a jar or 2 of flavoured water and a kettle of hot milk. This is more of a seat-in setting than a take away for an early traveler. If i was better advised, I would have maybe ask for room service breakfast before leaving. The bed and breakfast management were the biggest elements that affected my stay. One smaller note was the fact that in the room there is a pencil on the working table instead of a pen and when i needed to take quick note, the pencil lead broke and there is no sharpner in the room so i was left without possibility of taking the note at the time, I had to rush through my stuff to find a pen while someone was waiting for me.
