I am wondering whether this is a Pullman hotel. For such an expensive price, the service quality is close to zero! Since the inception of this beautiful hotel, i always stayed there but the quality is down. It seems that Pullman is not interested anymore!

Pullman is one of the best accommodation in Haut katanga , the workers are ready to assist . the only thing that has to be worked on is the customers trust . the payment of the full bill has to be done in advance before accessing the room this is a bit disturbing .

The room was not very clean - especially the carpet, which probably hadn't seen a vacuum in a month - the AC barely worked; the bed and pillows were one of the most uncomfortable I've had in a hotel; and the service was mediocre at best, rude at worst. This clearly used to be a hotel of some repute and the grounds are beautiful, but it needs an upgrade and a LOT of staff training, especially for the price. I guess when you're in the Congo and there's no real competition around, why bother, right?

I enjoyed it was a great stay. The place is good. Maybe they need to update the TVs in the room to have some smart TV to make guess more independent. And review their food prices because it actually very expensive.

The thick carpet in tropical countries is not such a good idea, it smells a bit musty. The window was very dirty. Service in the restaurant was very slow.

Pullman is probably one of the brands in terms of accommodation in the DRC and needs to live up to the public's expectation. Fewlittle details were left out during my stay. Poor internet, no lotion in the bathroom and had to call twice reception before I got a service.

Hi I have experienced my stay with you, but not really satisfied, if you said my company didn't rente expensive room, it's okay but even if it's a cheap room , atlist put some small accessories like body lotion,a Combe,even a hair dryer very important . I wanted to swimm but how do I dry my hair?not even a small fridge,my food was rotten No thouth brush,no colgate, the only igen kits you had is the mask and gel, you know that lubmubashi is cold ,then put some good blanket in the room, not bed sheets are for decorating the bed .so many things to explain , but I'm sure you get my point... Drinks glasses we had waiting for our room for 40min on the seating area above reception were still there the next day at 10am, every time I stay over with my wife, I have to ask for extra towel in the room,

Personal are good and respectfull. reception is good. But the building is old. Ceiling is leaking. Breakfast is always the same since 4 years I'm staying to this hotel, no variation, no improvement. At the restaurant I tried to order something (cheaps and steack) but it was so bad. In room, sometimes there is no refrigerator, the wardrobe sometimes block, towels are sometimes missing.

This Hotel is the definition of overpriced Poor Hotel Service! The only exception is a gentleman by the name of Yves at Reception. The Hotel runs a scheme by charging to iron your clothes, and does not provide any iron or board in the room, forcing you to use their service. The Only problem is that you might wait up to one hour to get your shirt back, and be late for meetings. Poor quality of food! I have had better meals on Mining sites in Congo. Poor response to room service after 06.00 PM. The Air-con does not work. The list goes on... In Conclusion, this place should not be called a Pullman Hotel

Very good hotel with good facilities and superb location.Clean room, good variety of food. Buffet dinner rate a bit on the high side. Very friendly staff. Free water of liter was served everyday. I was treated well and given room upgrade as a gold card member of Le Club Accor.
