Very professional staff. Ruth was exceptional at our arrivals. And rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. However, the thing that was deplorable is that during booking, only USD and Euro currencies . The disappointment was that I had to pay extra €184 as I had to pay in Congolese franc. It will be best to have Congolese franc available during booking to avoid surprises. €184 is more than the price of an extra room. Secondly, the hotel is a non smoking hotel. However, for 2 or 3 nights cigarettes smoke was coming into our room either through the vents or other places, sometime early in the morning or late in the night. This was reported to the reception and thankfully it was somehow resolved. Other than this, we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this place.

As a regular guest, I can confidently say that every stay has been excellent. The staff are consistently attentive, welcoming, and highly professional. I would especially like to recognize Firston Panda and Melissa at reception for their outstanding service, Mary-Rose at the main restaurant for her warm hospitality, and Helene from the laundry for her kindness and professionalism. Well located , beautiful outside scenery, I had a room with a beautiful view, The staff was always kind and helpful since I was the wedding planner for an event I had to go in every room where our guests and vendors were, the staff would always be helpful. My disappointment was just the food.

The staff are almost invisible, I guess out of respect, but not available when I needed. I had no assistance with my suitcases to my room. My room was quite basic for the price. The receptionist didn't answer the phone when I called for assistance. I forgot my towel upon checkout, but the hotel didn't contact me about it. The hotel is quite pricey for what they offer. The Pool area is to die for, absolutely breathtaking and the lounge area around it is lovely.
