We were there to attend A. wedding which was excellent and staff were great, however, it was A. little disappointing to see that there were many large pots with dead plants not very eye pleasing when you’re having photos in A. tropical garden. The gardeners are either blind, don’t care or it’s A. financial problem, however, they would be better off being empty than dead! Optics are everything When it comes to tourism?

Bathroom/shower area was unpleasant and not cleaned properly and there was no in hotel Option for dinner or drinks

The room overall was ok, tired decor along with the building, but the ed was comfy. Breakfast on Sunday was busy. Friendly staff but under the pump. Food came out before coffees. Front desk staff not socialble/personable, check in was good, friendly. I walked past a few times the front desk, I looked over, nodded the head as a gesture and received nothing. No good morning or a hello. Same on check out, no small talk, no questions on how my stay was, hand over the key and wait for the thank you, thats all. This could add to the customer experience, being personable. I was there for 4 nights, it was home away from home.

Was expecting the room i booked be on the Top floor, King Deluxe Spa suite $460.00 per night. the view we got was mainly of the Roof of the building in front and the Carpark. the Room was nice however.
