The last 4 tines I have stayed at this hotel the TV has not worked. Reception is constantly unavailable to call from your room, or just don't answer. This time lights were also out in my room. The bed is always comfy. The food at the restaurant isn't too bad, but could use some simplifying of the dishes to align a little more, like a the chicken parmy having ham instead of eggplant. For the price, the TV should at least work.

Got to reception, waited for 10 minutes for slow service by lorna at the front desk. Finally got the key and went up the elevator to my room... it was... gross. Smelt like rotten meat. All the lights and fans were on so clearly they knew it was an issue. Had to go back to reception to get a new room. No apology, no offer of a deal or an upgrade, nothing. no customer service skills. Gave me a room on the lowest floor with a light right in the window and zero view. Overcharged me by $200 and then realised afterwards and sent me a reversal. Room service app was not working, and there isn't any other food easily accessible. Had to go downstairs to order my food and after all the issues they still couldn't wave the room service fee. Again no customer service skills at play. Also, waiter? Bartender? Schnitzel was average, gravy was COLD, potato tasted like it was off. Honestly the only thing that was tasty was the halloumi. Also my toilet in the new room had fecal stains all down the front. Stay somewhere else. Anywhere
