Common areas dirty in particular the hallway carpet, central heating in room not working, spent night under doona to stay warm, wrong room given ordered queen room, given standard queen room.

manager was happy to help at late notice, managed to get me a room and set up inn record time. The staff yer friendly and over the top to help out and supply excellent service.
