1. Our first room was not even cleaned after the last visitor (red wine in dirty glass, unmade bed - I felt like Goldilocks in Goldilocks and the 3 bears), so we got a new room issued. New room was fine. 2. In the morning we went down for breakfast that I booked when I booked the room reservation and they had no record of it. I had to go and show my confirmation email to reception. They then had to manually add it in, which was super strange. 3. The hot drink red cups are not the right size for the automatic coffee machine quantities. I wanted hot water to add to my tea bag. It half filled the cup. When hit the button again, it made the cup overflow. At home.
