Great service from reception team including night audit gentleman. Thank you for the setup in the room we love the sticky date cake- delicious. The room was clean, and everything worked beautifully the air con and fridge, hot water fantastic . We always love the foxtel choices on the tv. Thank you for the platinum accor recognition. Breakfast is better than 5 star, having recently been at the sydney swisshotel which was very boring and average it is terrific to see that the ibis has quality choices and the restaurant is looking good. Pancakes with ice cream on the buffet/ smoked salmon- great work. Please consider low fat yoghurt and better bread quality options. Problems with the invoices were dealt with quickly thank you, see you next visit
