The room was clean and tidy however as mentioned at breakfast the juice was empty the pancake maker was not working and most of the hot trays were empty. I did notify the bar staff but was directed to the front counter only then to be directed back to bar staff. I continued to wait for over 20 min before this was rectified and even then still not all items were seen to . To top it all off i was then over charged .

Well located for early flight, rooms are good Bar service was very slow, was standing in line for drinks for a long time, got to front of line and bar staff walked away to do other stuff

The one thing that stood out to me was how quiet it is inside your room. I heard not a single door bang and other people leaving early in the morning.

Location is great, f&B staff were awesome, Italian receptionist and housekeeping staff were awesome. Terrible sleep for 2 nights due to ants being in the bed. Did report it to reception, house keeping did a great job to tidy it up but the ants returned that evening. Reported it to reception on check out and seemed like they could not get rid of me fast enough.

We arrived later than expected in the evening, and staff processed us quickly so we could arrange food prior to bar closure, the thoughtful service was greatly appreciated
