A whole football team was at reception with one receptionist. It took about 30 minutes to check in. The swipe card didn't allow me to get into the car park. It was a long way to bring bags back to the hotel. The staff at the bar dining area were very welcoming and accommodating. I had to go to my car around 0430 am and I was able to get out but not back in to the hotel. I banged on the windows and there was no answer. I had to go to the car to get a charging lead because mine was damaged because all the power points were set too low and when I plugged it in it bent the cord. I had to come into the hotel via the rubbish room and through the service lift. The person on the reception said she was busy and probably on another floor. The bed was comfortable the food satisfactory and very reasonably priced with the discount. If I had properly researched it was at the airport I probably would have stayed at the Mantra. However it was one of the nicest Ibis hotels I have stayed at.
