美丽的瑞士小镇，拥有超过600间普通客房和几十栋别墅房型。在冬天，此处可以体验初级和中级赛道的滑雪，以及15分钟车程的天沐温泉。长白山瑞士目前由Accor酒店集团管理，作为雅高的高卡会员，感谢Iris和Gilbert的安排和照顾。希望酒店管理层以后能加强自营餐厅的东北菜，品种少且口味一般，实在是被漫江镇上几家小饭店吊打。同时也希望酒店在旺季能加强车辆的调度，例如增加别墅区定点至雪场的车等。

走出廊桥随处可见长白山鲁能胜地的推广，出了机场酒店的司机尹师傅彬彬有礼，奔驰商务舱接机服务体现着东北人的热情好客。尹师傅一路介绍着当地著名的观光景点，当地的美食，以及从酒店到景区的车程。到达瑞士酒店后，从山顶远眺，蓝天白云犹如置身瑞士小镇一般，酒店前台的欢迎饮品是五味子和黑枸杞配置而成的，口味甘甜。办理好入住手续后，前台的服务生会让客人加一个管家的微信，方便在入住期间随时提供帮助。如果这些可以给酒店的服务打90分，我们退房后坐尹师傅的送机，尹师傅一件一件的帮车上的所有客人亲自装行李，且热情友好，如果常常入住酒店的客人一定会有感触，现在在北上广都很难遇到这种发自内心的诚挚服务了。在车门马上要关上的那一刻，管家叫住尹师傅，递给了坐在我后面的一位男士一本【国家地理】，管家说“您退房时问过这本书可不可以带走，我想着您肯定喜欢，所以我送您一本。那一刻的我特别有感触，我想在长白山能够体验到丽思卡尔顿一样的服务，一定是员工发自内心的，而非单纯的培训可以做到，业主鲁能照顾好了员工，员工自然照顾好客人，祝酒店生意兴隆，谢谢这些可爱的员工

性价比超级高的度假酒店

五一期间本人和几个好友想去长白山度假，在众多度假酒店中选择了瑞士酒店真是无悔的选择。本次入住的房型是双卧别墅。超高的举架和落地窗使得整个房间采光超级棒。私密性好，两个卧室都有自己独立的浴室。中间客厅非常宽敞，配套设施也非常完备非常适合家庭出行。两个卧室和客厅都可以走到窗外的大露台欣赏怡人景色。房间有地暖，温度可调节。园林造景也是相当用心。总体来讲客房部分各方面都无可挑剔。再说说服务方面，别墅区和主楼分为两个大堂。是为了方便客人就近办理手续和更效率的服务。入住前酒店的经理Jack Duan询问了我的入住偏好和需求提前安排好了一切。能看出为了应对五一假期高峰，酒店做了充分的准备。使得我抵达酒店就立刻能顺利入住，真的是非常用心。朋友们也非常满意。在此表示感谢。酒店的其他员工也都超nice，很有礼貌也很乐于助人。服务效率也非常高。客房服务响应速度很快。好多同级别甚至更高级别的酒店都不会那么效率。餐饮方面也很贴心，为了照顾到好多南方来的客人餐厅增加了特色东北菜。这次没有吃上意餐，听说很正宗。早餐方面也很好，管理的谨谨有序。酒店度假区有很多娱乐休闲项目。有些还是免费的，非常的暖心。因为不是雪季所以没有滑雪。但是能看到这里的滑雪场地也是很棒的。非常值得再次入住的一家酒店。
