It was a comfortable stay, the room was large and spacious and had a proper study desk. However, my friend had problems charging her laptop because of the design of how to connect the cable to the point provided. Breakfast was not bad, though a suggestion - the Jian bing, maybe the chef should only fry a few at a time, if not it turns cold very quickly. Also, the plate that it is placed on, there is no heating tray below. We had dinner in the Chinese restaurant both nights and it we tried the specialities, which we enjoyed.

Hotel is located alone, outside the city central, away from all the ski resorts. The only place it is kind of close to is West slope of Tianchi (Which isn't as scenic as North slope). During our 2 days 1 night stay, we hardly saw any other guests in the hotel. Is likely due to not much guests, only 1 restaurant is opened and the members lounge is closed. During check-in, am surprised that hotel staffs don't even know that I am an A+ Platinum despite me booking the hotel at ALL Accor app using my membership number. Took a while before we receive any in-room welcome gift, in absence of lounge access. Even have to request for welcome drink voucher before automatically receiving any despite them knowing that I am a A+ Platinum member.

Pullman is the best Hotel in Changbaishan and special thanks to Cleo Wu , she has the best serviced mind , very kindness and her English is fluent!!!!!!! My kid loves all activities in this hotel and my husband loves Shabu Buffet so much. We will be back ❤️
