Just OK, everything was fine, but for a 5-star hotel at this price, you can have better options - like Swissotel. Breakfast was good but again - not more than what's expected in a 5 stars international brand. This also didn't hit the hotel properly - a bit on the cold side, though I understand they are trying to save money while the place is kinda empty.

Very good location for visiting entrance west of Changbaishan

The hotel is very good, excellent room and very clean but heating in the hotel was off, then very very cold inside. Bar, executive lounge and 2 of 3 restaurants were closed. So, although the infrastructure of the hotel is very good, stay was not comfortable due to the temperature inside and lack of options to eat.

Good hotel, very clean but some inconveniences. Heating was not on then whole hotel was very cold, uncomfortable. Also very few options for eating. Two of the three restaurants were closed, same for the bar and executive lounge

good stay but Improvements welcome

got an upgrade which was very pleasant! As I am platinum member I normally have access to the lounge which in this case was closed (just because of cost saving measures). I booked this hotel especially because of that, because I didn't want to worry about dinner etc. When arrived they told us we can only use "happy hour" which is unfortunately not enough for a proper dinner. So after several discussions we were finally able to get some other food from the menu and for the second day korean bbq. This was a nice gesture, but should have been offered directly without any discussions! If the hotel decides to close the lounge just because of costs savings I expect a reasonable compensation without any discussions. For the room, it was a great room but even for such a new hotel many facilities had already some problems. eG sink in bathtub didn't work, shower had a lot of water coming through the door (wrong concept of the floor). The fridge was way too small for a suite, also it had nothing inside. Carpet didn't look very clean...please use strong vacuum cleaner! The water in the pools was way too cold, even in the smaller one/Jacuzzi, it had no seating benches inside for relaxing - not a good concept.

Good reception and nice clean room But it was so noisy in the early morning at around 7:00am We lived in the first floor of the hotel so the sound was so annoying .when I walked out I found the workers were repairing the hotel garden bench . which destroyed my weekend morning so bad experience.
