Only stayed one night as passing through but good location overlooked river the only negative thing for us was the room had a shower over the bath - always frought with danger and any elderly simply wouldn’t be able to negotiate

It wasn't cheap, so should be judged against other places I've paid this price recently. Room and everything was clean but bathrooms dated. Bed was good. Hot tap leaked on vanity ... no way housekeeping would not see this every day so either they don't report it or management doesn't fix it. Bathroom is old (from tiles) ... probably had a half renovation at some point. Breakfast buffet was very ordinary. The food was OK, but very basic for $32. There are plenty of great alternatives nearby, so I can see why it wasn't busy. Anyone that had stayed there before wouldn't take that option. Cereal was just the square Kellogs packets. Hot breakfast options were basic. Bacon was very low end for example. Whiney, but you asked. I wouldn't pay for breakfast there again. Staff were helpful all around.

This hotel is in a great location and walkable to the CBD and cafes and restaurants in the area. The room was a little tired but very clean.
