Location is handy but no room service is a big let down for me. When travelling for work, I don't want to have to go sit in the restaurant for dinner. Hotel is old and run down but the price seems to be going up every time I look to book.

The hotel is looking quite tired and needs a refit. The room was very dusty and needs a deep clean.

The place was clean and comfortable, the staff were attentive and friendly. The only downside i had was no microwave in the room and the water pressure is almost non existent. I had my grandson for one night and a portacot was supplied, set up and also made up by the staff member.

Paying top price of $432 for a tiny room with an air conditioner that did not work and a rattling noise that kept me awake all night was very disconcerting. The bathroom also had mould on the ceiling around the shower and basin and no space to place your toiletries. We will not be staying at this hotel again.
