do not care, do not try

We are Diamond Accor members who have stayed all over Australia. This stay was very disappointing! The room had damaged wall panel outside the bathroom and the bathroom door was delaminated. Small queen size bed and a ranchsliders was stiff to open. The welcoming gift was a small bottle of water and a small plate of sliced fruit! The breakfast was abysmal with special coffees should have been provided free to us but they charged us!!! The quality of the 2 free drinks was undrinkable!!! We would never stay here again!
