Worst stay to date. Room wasn't ready until around 3:15. Just sat in the lobby with no communication or no expected time it would be ready. Platinum member and didn't even have a drink voucher.

Hotel is at a good location and easy to park and get into the hotel The room we stayed in was not worth the price, horrible shower set up and the aircon was not sufficient to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature
