Good for Stop over

The shampoo pump was stucked but service to request was addressed. Lack of greetings ,welcoming to hotel guests from the staff especially the man in charge of breakfast check in and the early reception staff when we departed as she was serving a guest inquiry she was quite grumpy wearing a red Christmas shirt. Overall check in process was good and fast. .

It was an easy check-in process, the room was clean and neatly. The view of the room was amazing. However, the ventilation was so noisy at night time affecting my sleep.

Good enough, room awkward layout- very skinny entrance from doorway which may getting luggage in a bit tricky. Terrible shower pressure. Breakfast was nice.

Nice enough hotel, clean. A little rundown in some areas, the pool area could do with a spruce up, the linen was old and perishing. Parking is a little tight at times especially with restaurant visitors. The lift is very slow at times especially when the cleaning team is working.

Firstly place in a room where I had water dripping out of ceiling as I entered the room from the light. I did get another room that had no soap. The car park was in another area in a field and I had to cart my large luggage across the rocks .
