Suitable for an overnight stay. Just one suggestion, put water in the fridge. No drinking water available.

We stayed for two nights in a river view suite. The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is close to the theatre, a shopping centre and restaurants. We ate at the on-site restaurant one evening and the food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Our room was less than average. Shower head/bath didn't work properly. No fan in the bathroom. Significant amount of condensation dripping from aircon vent (enough to constantly drip and drop). Vents very dirty and falling apart, half the room was falling apart. Sink plug doesn't work properly. Can hear anything outside of the room, not ideal when we have a 6 month old. Bathroom grimy. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel however it most definitely was not a 4 star room.

It was a great stay however there was a neighbouring residence? Across the street from the motel that played very loud and heavy basses music until I fell asleep in the early hours of the morning. The receptionist told us that she had phones the police however they didn’t turn up.
