Thank you for arranging the boardroom for Seaside Wealth meetings. The service was great and setting up the room with the air con on the first day with the milk ready and water was excellent.

The price per night is becoming more expensive than it should be. Comparing to neighbouring hotels of similar or better standards highlight a price discrepency for a future booking we researched. The wait staff in the restaurant are less attentive than they have been in the past as well. Our trainee waitress that took our order was lovely and excellent, but we had to call over wait staff multiple times for basic things like taking more drink orders, getting a dessert menu, and then ordering dessert. One waitress looked at my husband when he called out 'excuse me' but then just kept walking. The scallops entree has shrunk, not worth the proce tag at all now. Great steak still though.

We arrived late in the afternoon after travelling in the car for the day. Check in experience was fine. Upon entering our room 509 we were hit with a musty damp odour and the air conditioner was not on. We found a card on the table indicating Rachael had serviced our room. On entering the bathroom we found hair, not belonging to any of us, on the vanity top and stuck to the mirror above the vanity. Being late in the day and only a pit stop for us, we chose not to complain. The rooms are extremely dated and in dire need of a freshen up. There are no current charging ports, but there are usb's that don't work and power points. The beds have certainly seen better days and the sofa bed or daughter had was from the Ark. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.

To start with, no rooms available - standard retort while trying to find accommodation. Then a room finally provided. Enquired about dental and hair accessories, NO STOCK - seriously is that what we shud expect from a brand like Accor/Mercure. Rest was the standard service which any hotel/motel provides. 😒
