We regret the issue with your coffee machine, as well as the need to contact housekeeping on several occasions. Regarding the carpet, our rooms are maintained daily, with regular deep cleaning and renewal at the beginning of each season. Nevertheless, we regret that its condition affected your perception of the room. Please also accept our apologies for the delay when assisting with your luggage upon departure. Several guests were checking out at the same time, which caused a delay in handling luggage. However, we fully understand that you should not have had to bring your bags down yourself.
