Everything was amazing, super stylish and great quality. Only to mention one disappointing thing that the room was leaking from the facade and the carpet was wet and it had already mold/fungus and this should not be allowed.

We thought sadly of the comfort of the Mondrian and professionalism of the staff when we stayed in another more expensive hotel the night we left. Simply speaking everything in the Mondrian was better, and the staff not only engaged with us but did so sincerely. We were embarrassed to have a line up of staff greeting us on arrival, but apart from that everything was delightful and the breakfasts were memorable. We did not eat in the restaurant and had to eat out because we are not fans of Japanese food, but I am sure we would have found the food delicious had we eaten in. The hotel has set the standard for others to match and unfortunately few hotels in the Accor Group appear to match the excellence of this one, although our experience is largely of those in the UK.
