While i realize the valet parking is separate the cost and the tipping recommendations were very expensive and obnoxious

The suite that I paid for was given away to someone else so I was given a lesser room for essentially the same price. I was given a $60 credit to use at the restaurant but the room I was given and the suite I paid for was very different in price. The museum was nice. The wait at the restaurant was sooooo long. We waited almost an hour to get our food. It was my wife’s birthday so you can imagine how I felt. Overall, I won’t be staying at the hotel again. If I booked a certain room well in advance and paid for it, it should not be given away to someone else.

Apparently I need an art museum in my hotel stay! This hotel is so fun, the decor is very whimsical and the second floor art museum was very cool. We ate at the Wolf restaurant for dinner and was blown away! We didn't have a chance to check out the saunas, but want to come back and hope to get it in then. 10 out of 10, would check in again!

Staff was great, bar was flowing, and both restaurants had great food. There were plenty of activists nearby within walking distance on top of the great amenities onsite. They have their own exhibits, pool, hot tub, and steam room.

Stayed the weekend for my niece's wedding. Did not realize we had a mini Art Museum in the building! It was new for us to walk through the 2nd floor art gallery with drinks in hand...right there in our hotel!

I was looking forward to the stay as our previous experience was greats. Stay itself was fine and amenities were great, but cleaning service was not very attentive. A call had to be made to the front desk as the tip was taken but room was not serviced. I anssumed that was a simple oversight. However, to compound the experience, I was overcharged with no explanation. After calling the front desk, the local manager walked me through the transactions and acknowledged there was mistake and even admitted he was there when it was made. After telling me the issue would be resolved in 20 minutes, no updates were provided. I called multiple times and the front desk stated he will call me back before the end of the day. Unfortunately, I never received that call. Still trying to resolve the issue. Disappointed as I frequent St. Louis often and was hopeful this would be my new home base.

While I’m glad you enjoyed our amenities and your stay overall, the lack of attentive housekeeping service, followed by the billing issue and lack of promised follow-up, is understandably disappointing. Once we committed to providing you with an update, we should have followed through and kept you informed until the matter was resolved. We truly appreciate your continued visits to St. Louis and are especially disappointed to hear that an experience like this has made you reconsider making us your home base when you are in the city. Mae was warm and welcoming. My flight got in much earlier than expected, so I requested to check in early. There was a $65 early room check-in fee. I am not used to that, but I was glad to get in a room early to take calls and work. The room was lovely. However the shower handrails were loose. Please have someone tighten them so no one falls. The cafe was charming and the woman at the front taking orders in the cafe was friendly. I do wish that the bar/restaurant had some standard fare on the menu. Sometimes you just want a burger at the end of the day - not a bunch of fancy stuff. Gorgeous hotel overall and the museum on the 2nd floor is very cool. A couple things would have moved this to a 9-10 for me: handrails stable in the shower area and having a microwave in the room to heat up your leftovers.

The concept was great. The art wonderful. The general aesthetic nice, but the quality of some of the amenities were on the surface and not underneath. Some great service from individuals, but others weren't at the level of the aesthetic experience. Spent a week with the Hotel trying to get the wifi in the room working which was critical for us, and the TVs only worked for the last few hours.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Our room (luxury queen) was great, the restaurant and cafe were delicious, the staff (Drummond in particular) were great and it was in a good location for everything we wanted to see. The only thing we didn’t like was having to ask for ice, it would have been preferable to get it ourselves.

Had not stayed at the 21C Museum hotel in St Louis yet and was pleased to find the same level of service and ambience as experienced in Louisville and Bentonville. From very competent and friendly staff to beautifully appointed spaces it is a first class experience. Valet, restaurant and bar staff and the front desk were all friendly and accommodating. Location fine but not too walkable although surrounding area felt safe. Room was on the smaller side but furnishings and lighting made the space very comfortable. And the art over the top!

I recently stayed at this 21c Museum Hotel location and was incredibly disappointed by the terrible service. Several major issues ruined my stay: • Unhelpful Check-In: The agent who checked me in was completely unfriendly, spoke to me as if he hated his job, and refused to accommodate my request for a feather-free room. • Ignored Requests: I specifically requested assistance due to medical issues and asked if they could do something small to help celebrate my son's second birthday. The front desk promised they would message me about it, but they completely ignored the request and never followed up. • Room Service Issues: When my room service arrived, the attendant didn't even bring a pen for the receipt and asked me to go back into my room to find one. • Poor Housekeeping: The room itself was dirty and did not seem to be properly cleaned or restocked before my arrival. For a hotel that prides itself on service, this experience fell completely short. I expected much better care, especially regarding medical accommodations and basic cleanliness. I cannot recommend staying here.

The stay was really nice. The room was small but quaint. The chocolates, nuts, and olives in the room was a nice touch. They did forget to put coffee cups in the room but the next day I just asked the front desk and they brought then up really fast and woth extra coffee. Also the shower had holders that were attached to the wall that kept falling. Despite that, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They alone would be worth the stay there again. The Sapphire program was great too. It was our first time using it and it was a breeze. Thank you for the wonderful stay.
