Just returned from a two night stay at this hotel. Perfectly placed for visiting Oxford, with a lovely walk along the river into the city centre. Our room was a great size, comfy bed and very peaceful. The breakfast was 10/10 very good quality and the lady running the breakfast hall was very friendly and helpful. We had a meal from the restaurant one evening and that was also very good, and reasonably priced. The bar staff were not very friendly, and we also feel that the outside bar terrace could have been tidier and would benefit from some nicer outdoor furniture. We would definitely return to this hotel in the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. 😊

This hotel is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, the ladies in the breakfast hall are so accommodating, everyone seems to want you to have your best time, we were in room 300, wow, it was gorgeous, the decor is tastefully done, even in the toilets. I could not fault it, food in their restaurant was really high quality but not expensive. I will definitely like to go back, what a beautiful place. Iffley is a leafy village with beautiful buildings and the walk to Oxford along the river was delightful. Can't wait to go back.

Great staff, lovely breakfast! The room was stunning and throughly enjoyed my stay. And I don’t think the fridge in 117 is working and did find the dinner menu slightly limited though.

Stayed one night in superior twin room with breakfast. When arrived were shown to room 113 which was a bit dark as was in the lower level of the hotel. We had a skylight but the blind was not working and we had to get reception to come and fix it. The hotel was full and we couldn't move to another room, because of the issues they said they would look at the room rate which they did and the rest of our stay was fine.
